it took me like 14 days before i got my case no. How long have u been waiting? Did u try to call NVC already? If its been too long. Do u think you can have ur fiance call the embassy and ask them if they alreary got ur package?

It is better to provide something than nothing. Remember that this initial submission is really important. We chat thru facebook, Skype and viber a lot. Even we don't have a complete conversation in Skype and viber. I still insist of submitting it. There is nothing wrong of doing it right? better than nothing. I took screenshots of our convo from the start then copy paste it to word. I did it one page convo per week in Skype and viber because we don't have a complete convo in there, we just barely started using Skype and viber. I did a monthly screenshot of our facebook because that is where we talked a lot. I will ask my sister how they did their whatsapp. She told be she just printed all their convo in whatsapp but like what you said, it looks like a tampered convo because it is just text and you can just manipulate the dates in there. Let me ask her what she did and I will let you know. Your fiancee at least needs to review what you had submitted. I dont think they will still look at this copy because they will have this copy as soon u send ur i129f package. That package will be sent to NVC and then to the embassy. She dont have to print the whole package if u will send it to her as a file since it is going to be a lot of pages. The one u need to send her is the i134, letter of intent to marry, i134 needed docs like bank statements, paystubs, snd other income evidence.

Hello, you have to call NVC to get your case number, it took me almost a month before I got a letter from them stating my case number. I got my NOA2 hard copy last 4/10/2015 and the letter from NVC last 5/8/2015. I called them on 4/29/2015 then they gave me my case no. You can use this number to check the status of your papers if it is in TRANSIT or READY. Transit meaning it is already on its way from NVC to US Embassy in the Philippines for example. Ready means it is already at the Embassy. I'd say call them after a week from the time you got your NOA2 at this number: (603)334-0700. Call them early in the morning so you will be first in line. Imagine if you will wait the letter from them, it will take you a month before you can get it. Once you have the number then you can track the status of your papers from this site: https://ceac.state.gov/ceacstattracker/status.aspx. Also don't wait to get your case number to take action, gather all the necessary I-134 documents that you will send to your fiancée. Here is the link: http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1guide. Also have your fiancée get all the necessary documents like NBI clearance, police clearance if your fiancée worked abroad after 16 yrs of age and over 6 months, CENOMAR, birth certificates, photo ID's, and etc. There you go !!!! My fiancees interview is on June 2 (Good luck to us) . I just have a question on one of the income needed on the I-134 which is the value of the home. I have a condo which is worth $300+K now. I still have a mortgage of $125K. My income is above $50K per year. Do I have to add my condo in the list? If I didn't declare that and they found out that I own a house, is that going to be a problem? I'm just worried if I still have to declare my house value and mortgage in there or not?

Please clear my mind.

What packets should i be waiting for a k1 visa petition. Packet 3 and 4 both? Or just either 1 of them? If i only need one of them. How does it look like? NVC status says its ready so i believe my papers are already in the US Embassy in Phils.

I am not sure what the difference of packet 3 and packet 4? Can anyone clarify please.

Im also a march filer waiting for packet 3. Our status says ready in NVC. sad to say my fiancee have to get a police clearance from s. Korean embassy coz she worked there for over 6 months. How long do u think we will get our packet 3. We havent paid the fee for interview and no medical yet. How long should i set the interview? In mind that we dont have the packet 3 and also the Police clearance from s. Korea

We will probably go to the Korean Embassy in the Philippines and ask a copy from there. Im just afraid of how long will it take.
