  1. am soo sorry to hear about your mother, prayer she gets well soon. your medical 6 months to 1 year in some country, look yours up. maybe you will get your visa before it expired.

Currently, we are unable to print most immigrant and nonimmigrant visas approved after June 8, 2015. In addition, U.S. embassies and consulates are unable to process new applications submitted on or after June 9, 2015. If you have a visa interview appointment scheduled for June 14-20, 2015, and you submitted your DS-160 online application **after June 9, 2015,** you should reschedule your appointment. If you submitted

  2. that is the problem am contemplation now, i move from Amsterdam(holland) to UK years a go and i was fine, free movement etc. but now thinking of moving to USA, is so scary. i really understand how you feel, because in UK you can go for a walk, take a bus etc. please try and find something to occupy yoursef. talk more with hubby and let him, maybe you can come home for some holiday.

  3. yes it will probably expire, BUt not always.

    * first when you contact your congrass person, ask that they get what is called the reqistry number for the diplomatic pouch that the case was sent back in, this way you can trace the package

    * you need to be able to to provide evidence to address their concerns, BUt the tricky part is that they dont always tell you what their concerns are

    * review the interview questions completely and try to find out what red flages you have, and what would give the interview that opinion

  4. you are very welcome my dear. as it is already been said, ask him all that was ask, let him write it down so he will not leave any immportant datils out. than go over it and maybe you will know where it all want wrong. uscis will send you a letter either Reaffirm the case or a letter of NOIR/NOID and since the appeal cost, process time, i will either spend more time together and get married do CR1 or Refiled. who knows maybe you will get a happy ending or your k1 will just be sitting in their office and picking up dust until it expire. find out why , and work on that so you dont encounter the same problem again. all the best

  5. was the Adultery before or after she came to USA? is up to you what you want to do. you can divorce her or work it out, because even the bible say you can only divorce on the ground of adultery BUT is up to the individual. do yo have children? all this are things to consider. if is me i will let her be, if you want to divorce, good. Return evil for evil to no one. take into consideration what is fine from the viewpoint of all men. that is all i can say. take heart, it will be well with you.

  6. Good afternoon, plz am getting my waiver ready to send off, am a little confused as my lawyer is telling me that I can fill the waiver here in the uk. But I thought all the waivers are sent to UCIS. Please can someone help me on this because am confused, my lawyer is sending everything to me here in UK to send it off to the US EMBASSY. I don't want to waste any more time, because my old lawyer wasted my two months for nothing. All help will be appreciated. Thanks

  7. I don't know about K1, but my interview letter was sent directly to me by NVC, when I called to book for the medical I was asked about my interview date, plus your results have to be there a week beforehand. Maybe K1 person can help. You will need your interview letter

  8. That Enjoy onds like a good idea as long as you get to see a copy of what they're sending out. Girl all the help I had I got from reading all of the websites and not just this one also immigrate2us has some great waiver information. Actually today I called the embassy and they have approved to print up his visa so I'm going to make a post here in a minute♡

oooooooo am sooooo HAPPY for you, after all this nightmare, you are done. Enjoy your time together and make the most of it. Will keep you posted if thy ever send off the waiver that is if thy will send it any time soon. Great news

  9. you are paying the lawyer to do a job but you have the right to see what he is sending on your behalf. Whether you are a lawyer or not has nothing to do with taking a review of what he is sending in you may not know the law for say and you may not know the case studies that he is quoting per se but you do know your life and your situation and you I have the right as a paying customer to verify the information that he is sending is correct.

Precisely, I will tell hubby to ask them to send him or email him a copy of what thy are sending before they send it off, because as for me I don't want to hear from me because they said am not the one who gave the case to them, which is understandable. Thanks. Any news on your end when your visa will be ready for pickup

  10. Your husband like many believe in attys and not doing a bit of research for themselves,

what is the atty history with waivers ?, even a 1st yr, law student knows the hardship

decision is based on the USC, also he can be reported to the bar for misleading info,

having an immigration atty don't mean they know everything, theres waivers, U visas,&

work visas specialists within the immigration frame-work...Would he go to an eye doctor

who tells him amputate his leg because it hurts & he's a doctor so he knows, no ! ,drastic

times needs drastic measures more professional opinions are needed. U OP should

google and read up on hardship waivers

I normally read and also send him the link and tell him to read. His problem is he is tooo softer with people, don't talk much etc. Looking at the atty website I don't see anything about waiver if he has ever done one or he actually specialist in waiver no mention of waiver in his Web page. As for the lawyer doesn't even want to hear from me, because I tell him how to do his job. Hubby is seeing a psychologist therapies or whatever they are called. If after wasting my time and we get denied, I will be reporting him and asking for our money back.

  11. ohseparatelwhat you should do is go ahead and send in your own separately in addition and just say my lawyer forgot to include this here is my statement. only you know how you feel and how you are suffering and the hardships that you were going to go through and how horrible you are going to feel if this is if this waiver is not approved. I am so sorry you got a lawyer who is not willing to work with you and has this kind of an attitude and that I would let him know once the case is over of course that you are going to be reporting him to the Board of whatever you can afford lawyers to because that is just unacceptable behavior when we are going to this kind of s***. This is the most horrible thing I've ever gone through in my life I'm sure it is for everyone here on this board. But you make sure you write your letter girl and if you have to you mail that in yourself, separately.

I could do that also. I will tell me husband. But I really hope we can find a way to see what he is sending. And will know what to add and remove.

  12. thank you so much. just be careful with the lawyer and let him know everything that you want included because they are only there to get paid they don't care about you. they aren't your family they aren't your friends they are a lawyer unless the lawyer is a family friend. just try to think of as many things as possible to help your waiver and just make sure that everything that you want in your waiver you tell that lawyer to put in there for you and he can word it &quot case examples for you in lawyer terms or legal terms. good luck to you too and thank you so much.

That is if he will listen, when I try to tell them what to do. He tells me am not a lawyer and I havenot been to law school so I should not tell him how to do his job,me now I have decided not to get involved anymore and let my husband deals with it. And if because of their stupidity it cost me- they will be hearing from me, and they will have wasted my 6 months for nothing, because I hard waiver is taking from 5-6 month to process. Am keeping my fingers crossed, as he said he wants use the headship I wrote for them but instead they will write one themselves.

  13. The hardship (major) MUST be to USC, the showing of hardships to

the applicant due to age, political uprisings in applicants country,

religious or political persecution possibility, is given secondary

consideration to USC hardship as long as proofs are provided.

Normal depression or extreme can be also sent in packet with poofs

A packet with no hardship on the USC is a waste everyone knows

that, USCIS care about the citizen not who is outside & home in their

    eyes.

Than You, that is the point am trying get across to the lawyer and he doesn't understand. He keeps telling me the application is about me and not my husband, I swear to god they don't know what he is doing, I have told him I don't have any medical to give him and tht he should use my husband's medical. Omg why do people take on jobs when they don't know what they Are doing. ihai keep telling my husband to take the case from him, and they said they want give him his money back because they never said they cannot do the waiver. So I this now is waiting and seeing. Is a month already since they took on the case and yet nothing positive is coming out.

  14. absolutely and the more evidence that you can get the better you might not think that one thing could be considered a hards. hip but they do take into consideration all issues from mental to physical.

thank you. We have some print out for the net I hope if we send it to the lawyer he will add everything thing and send them off. Hope you get your visa in time and the embassy doesn't delay it.

  15. as far as who writes the waiver that's going to depend on what circumstances you are basing your petition on. For example if the applicant is suffering or would suffer that you could qualify for 601 waiver however if the United States citizen is the one that would suffer extreme hardship then they would need to make the statement.

Thank you for shining some light on the matter, so if I the applicat have midical conditions I can qualifie and use my health problem to apply for the waiver. That is good to know. Thanks.
