  1. Yes you can pay your visa fee at BPI, get you interview scheduled (about 4-5 weeks at least from when you get your MNL # is my suggestion), gather documents as listed in the embassy instructions letter, and complete the medical at least a week before the interview date.

So I really need to wait until my case reaches The USEM beore i schedule medical. Got it now :)

  2. The reason you don't want to schedule your medical this early in the process is because the validity of the visa is tied to the date that you get your medical (visa is valid for 6 months only from the date you completed your medical). So, if you do your medical in December and you don't receive your visa until March because of a delays then you have only approx. 3 months after in which to travel. Buyer beware. Schedule your medical two weeks out from your interview and you will be fine.

I understand your excitement grasshopper, but patience is going to be needed from here on out.

Follow Hank's handy dandy instructions found here http://visaconnection-philippines.com/#. Use the NVC to USEM tab and follow the steps. It will save you so much time and headaches.

Be sure to begin getting all your documents and PLEASE, PLEASE check that all the names and date are correct on those documents. If you discover a discrepancy now, you have plenty of time to get the document update with the correct information.

Thank's for the link Such a big help :)

    But I have question,

Say I have my MNL CASE# but the case is still with NVC can i Pay at BPI and schedule my interview and Medical or I need to wait until it says Ready for Interview on CEAC Website?

I heard that others were able to schedule there interview and Medical in advance even if their cases are still At NVC.

  3. Yes..one of the requirement in medical is the appointment letter with the embassy... Like Greenbaum said, schedule your medical two weeks before your interview.... Read Hank_'s handy dandy instructions....

    Hi Dan&Yvette,

Wht if say I have my MNL CASE# already but the Case still with NVC can I pay at BPI and schedule my Interview and Medical? Or I need to wait until it says Ready on CEAC?

Once you get your MNL # from NVC .

Follow the flashing arrow below for details

    Thank's Hank :)

  4. Call the NVC two to three weeks after your approval to ask them if they did received your case and if they already assigned you a case number (MNL case #)... If you have the case #, pay the visa fee, complete the DS 160form then sched your interview at embassy. After you got an interview appointment you can schedule your medical at st Luke's....

    Hi Dan&Yvette!

Thank's for the details. So I can't Schedule my Medical Exam just yet if i don't have my Interview Appointment even if I have my MNL Case Number?

  5. OMG!!!

    Thank You lord!!!

We received email again after calling them.

There has been a recent processing action taken on your case.

    Receipt Number: WAC*****

Application Type: I129F, PETITION FOR FIANCE(E)

Your Case Status: Post Decision Activity

On December 3, 2014, we approved your Form I129F, PETITION FOR FIANCE(E), Receipt Number WAC*****. We will mail your approval notice. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your approval notice by January 2, 2015, please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request a copy of the notice.

  6. When you called, did you speak to a Tier 2 officer or just to the first person who answered the phone? If you didn't speak to Tier 2, I highly recommend you call back tomorrow and ask to speak to them. They are actual immigration officers and can usually provide deeper insight.

I called and speak to tier1 agent then the agent transferred the call to Tier2 Agent, The Agent advise that he sent follow up to people who handle our case as he wonder as to why we received this email and he said this shouldn't be the email that we receive as there is no Action on our Fiance petition yet. My fiance asked him if this happened before And he said yes this Is Error on the system. So I asked if this is just system glitch, the Agent said Yes could be system glitch.

I just hope to get my Petition Approval

    I'm so stressed.

  7. USCIS' system is down tonight (according to another poster). I am pretty confident their system is all kinds of messed up and that e-mail isn't legit. Does the website say the same when you check the status?

Actually the Email i received is from USCIS website since i registered there online as my Fiance is too lazy to check his email which the email address with put on our G1145.

when we sent with our petition.

If you fous same topic as this will you be able to sen me the link? That would be a big help, so I can also check what's going on with l our Case

    Thank's :)

  8. This is the Email I received

There has been a recent processing action taken on your case.

    Receipt Number: WAC********

Application Type: I129F, PETITION FOR FIANCE(E)

Your Case Status: Post Decision Activity

Your appeal was dismissed and the original decision on your case, Receipt Number WAC*******, remains the same.

How come it's dismissed when We haven't received any Action and are still waiting for our NOA2. Has anyone here Heard about this?

    I'm so stressed now :(

  9. Back in August a bunch of us TSC filers were transferred to CSC. I received an e-mail and text message on August 11th, then another a week later stating the same thing. More people got notified in early September that they had been transferred again. Nope, wrong. Some in that same transfer group got e-mails for RFEs AFTER receiving their NOA2. All those RFE e-mail notices were false.

Point being USCIS has a recent history of sending out totally incorrect e-mails.

Have you heard About this scenario before?

Kinda strange as we only received NOA1 and still waiting for NOA2 then we received. I just hope this is just system error and still hoping for The Approval of our Fiance petition very soon.

  10. Hi, Everyone!

I am the beneficiary and my fiance sent our I-129F package last October 29, 2014. He then got the NOA1 last November 04, 2014. This evening, I was curious as to the status of our case so I checked it online and here's what I've got. It shows CASE APPROVED! I'm so happy I just want to share it with you :) Thanks to Papa God! And thanks to VJ too :)

Congrats! Hoping for my case approval too :)

  11. Our NOA2 came before that date. I found the "Show Similar Timeline" button on our profile page to be a more accurate gauge as to when we might receive NOA2....it calculated an average of 35 days between NOA1 and NOA2 for TSC...and we received our NOA2 right on the 35th day! [/quote

How did u check it? When i clicked on "Show Similar Timeline" it shows me list of people's timeline. Where can i specifically see it?

    Thank's!
