I'm kind of scare to do that cause I had seen the embassy turn people away I was hoping for an earlier day in January but this gives me time to get my vacation approve, book flight and get all documents together...

I also got a cc on Nov 18th and the cc email on 11/25 but my status still shows AT NVC and my aos fee never change to n/a still shows PAID...... Interview schedule for 1/26/15 as of today...

You have a year to pay. The stamp in the passport at POE is the temp green card stamp. But note many employers don't know that and many employers want to see a real green card same for DMV.

After 45 minutes, I'm finally a permanent resident of the USA!
My immigration journey has finally come to an end after 13 months.
I'll post my POE experience later.
We rented a car and drove from Vancouver (Canada) to Seattle to move our moving boxes.
But, I'm not in the US now since I had to come back to Canada to return the rental car!
I will finally move to the US for good tomorrow!

Case Complete on November 14. Waiting for email confirmation and interview date in Santo Domingo. I'm hoping for January.
I see some of my mates here from the November 2013 I-130 thread. I'm glad to see folks moving along now. We had an AOS checklist and that set us back 60 days, but it feels good we are moving to the interview stage.

Hello everyone! Sorry for the late reply I just logged on today. We put our house up for sale the minute our plane touched down from Montreal and this week has been a whirlwind!!!! Hard to believe it's only been a week it feels like a lifetime. Husband's visa arrived at loomis Thursday and we picked it up yesterday. There is the "do not open" envelope, and in his passport a full page color sticker with his photo and all the details, very official looking. Can't wait to move and get our life back on track again.

yayyyyy the embassy called me yesterday to let me know that my visa is ready so excited gotta pick it up this coming week !! already quit work so my last day is the 26th and my flight is booked for dec 1st ! hubby got a nice apartment for us but i been reading here address changing issues! I ALREADY WENT THRU MY INTERVIEW SO HOW WOULD I CHANGE IT ? WOULD IT BE ANY ISSUE FOR THEM TO NOT GIVE ME THE VISA? SHOULD I CHANGE IT WHEN I GET THERE ANYWAYS THE ADDRESS BEFORE THIS NEW ONE IS WERE MY HUSBANDS FAMILY LIVE I appreciate any advice

2 DAYS after the interview!? You finally got lucky after 13 months!
I had my interview on Monday, but I'm still waiting for my visa!
I thought "Maybe..I'll get lucky and get my visa in 1-2 days..after 13 months..."
I was naive to "entertain" myself with that kind of crazy hope!

Got my visa in hand! Just 2 days after my interview Was about time after 13 months...
So glad you mentioned that there is an edge cut off on your envelope as well I was so worried if there was something wrong with mine when I got it today.

Heyy i got an email with interview date letter for december 4th, so happy.

Seems people are reporting 1 to 3 days they are getting it.

My husband's visa was approved and issued last Wednesday and we received an e-mail notification for the tracking number for delivery of his passport and other important documents on Monday, however, the tracking number does not work and it is already Thursday..
I hope it will arrive soon but if it does not arrive today or tomorrow, I would contact the embassy.
Are there any cases when the package gets lost on the way?? If that happens, do we need to start everything from the beginning???

WOW, so hard to believe the time is actually here, so close. I'm so excited and so nervous!!

My interview date has been rescheduled from Dec 1st to Nov 25th:) I cannot wait!

I think I need to stop reading. I fly to Montreal tomorrow to do my medical and then interview next Tuesday. I have everything prepped but reading on here is starting to freak me out that I don't have something. I didn't get a request from Montrwal to bring anything else so I should be fine but -- AAAAHHH!! Second guessing everything!!!!

I also called... rep said can't predict when the next scheduling will be. Depends on respective embassy capacity. Just waste of time calling and bothering them.

Just got off of the phone,case complete as of today. She did say that they are still booking December interviews. Fingers crossed!

I called Tuesday same respond of 60 days. I've checked ceac a few times a day still shows paid. I'm praying next week we get cc. Scan date 9/24. Its been a week you got cc right? You should here something soon. Was case send to embassy already? It will be a Dec interview.
