Gm I am so nervous I got cc on the 31st and I have not received the interview date. I was really hoping for early December I wanted to be with my husband for Christmas plus it will be our anniversary in December.

The only thing I worry about is that there is some age difference, but it is quite common in South America and Colombia. Much more so than here in the US where it is frowned upon heavily. But our relationship is over two years old and we have been married over a year. That is the only thing that is worrying us right now. I can't think of anything else, any other reason that might raise a flag.

I am older then my husband by like 6 years and that doesn't worry me. Have you seen in TLC the 90 days fiance visa? Well there is a woman 41 with her bf that is 26 and they let him travel to the US to see how it went if they get married he stays.

So do not worry you will be fine.

2 business days after approval at the interview!

We had selected the $30 home delivery option with DX courier. The packet arrived just a few minutes shy of 11am UK time. Aside from the courier email yesterday, we never received any tracking information by SMS, phone, or email.

Tomorrow will be 14 months to the day that we mailed the I-130 petition.

That's exciting. Question in the interview what kind of questions did they ask.

I had an interview today, Nov 4, at the Kyiv embassy. Visa approved! They asked how we met, how long we have been dating before getting married, if I graduated with my PhD, and if I did my OPT. Everyone was nice. The only thing that got me worried was that the lady who collected my docs told me that my husband's tax return did not show enough income, so I might need a co-sponsor, but the person doing the interview never mentioned this again and just gave me the approval letter.

Called NVC I could never get another answer beside the 60 days story. She said call at the end of the month. Soo easy to say! Any more cc? Scan date 9/24 for both package.

do not think about that I called Friday morning and they told me 60 days from last scan date which was 10.6.14 and that same day I got approved. They are trying to catch up due to the holidays to start clean. So call them every week lol I used to call almost everyday.

. My husband did the medical exam last week, you need to take interview letter with you in order for them to do it. I think you can get a date for December. Good luck.

I haven't called since I think Thursaday. But on ceac still shows PAID for both. Both our package were scan same day 9/24. Best of luck. Keep us posted on interview outcome.

Thanks same to you. I don't think I am going to the interview. travel for December is so expensive that I have lots going on over here. BUt, let me see what I do. I just don't know if he should do the medical exam now or wait until I receive the interview date. Do you know how long are they providing the dates for?

Thank you. When you say approved do you mean case complete? I got an interview date 9-10 business days after CC. My hubby needs to take a new police certificate, we have pictures, western union receipts and call logs as proof of relationship.

Yes CC. did you take the medical exam after the cc or after you received your interview date? yes I am planning on taking all that information as proof of relationship. Do you think they will give me a date for a month or longer?

Thanks so much. I got approved Friday and I had called that Friday morning and they told me 60 days from IV date and it was from AOS and it was before the 60 days.

Ok I am a little nervous about my interview and i still do not have a date. I have no idea what to take. I am going to take my pics, some pages of my phone bill and when i have added money to his account meaning phone.

I really only have that plus my stamps when i have gone to visit. but, i hope that is fine. Please give me an idea of what else i should take.

Just checked he website this morning and be AOS fee has changed from PAID to N/A...does this always mean CC or can it mean just reviewed with checklist? Don't want to get my hopes up...can't wait to call and check on Monday!

Also, after a successful interview does anyone know how long approx it takes to get the visa through the post...trying to work out if I can still make it for Xmas!!

Everyone that has gotten approved they change paid to n/a and when I saw that on mine I said omg I got approved and when I called the lady said just wait that you will now receive your interview date.

So I am 99.9% sure that is that you are approved.

AOS changed from paid to N/A. I will have to call on Monday to confirm. I don't wanna get excited as yet.

Congrats you can get excited the same happened to me today and when I called they said I was approved and I will receive an email withy the interview date

You would see that by next week you would have your approval. they are moving faster they do not want to get caught with double the work when they get back from the holidays vacation.

man i wish it was truly from last scan date. My scan date for both packages is october 6th!

it seems like seperate pacakges are being reviewed together but with earlier scan late.

The latest scan date for packages send together ive seen is September 8th

CC = (0.7751 x IV ScanDate) + 102.22

Your IV scan date is 10.6.14 which is 279th day of 2014 now we can calculate :

CC= (0.7751*279) +102.22

CC= 216.25...+102.22

CC= 318,4...

Convert 318 days into a date you'll get your estimated CC date...Which is around 11.16.14 or 11.17.14!

Mine should be 11.06.14 or 11.07.14....We'll find out if the prediction is accurate next week for me and in about 2 weeks for you
