So nice DR embassy is closed Monday bcuz it's a Santo Domingo holiday and Tuesday bcuz of us holiday. So sit and wait for my interview date.

I would have no idea. DR is just a busy embassy. Heck last year it was a 2 to 3 month wait after Case Complete. All you can hope for is that they aren't done. Have you been checking your inbox. If nothing this week hopefully you will be at top of list for January.

Do they send appt anytime of the week because it seems to me like they mostly send on Thursdays. I also read that in weekends you can receive emails but Friday they said That I still didn't have a date.

For DR yes. That is one very busy embassy doesn;t take long to fill slots. Most embassies are done after the 2nd or 3rd day of scheduling . They started Wednesday the 30th and most were done monday.

I remember when I was going through NVC in 2012 and i was told by them that to get in queue and be considered for that months interview scheduling one needs to be done by the 15th. Now this is when they started scheduling interviews the 2nd week of the month (even though they started the 1st week).

But as I have said they schedule until they either run out of slots or they run out of cases. Usually slots comes first.

I didn't call only NVC pressed 3 and they said that they were done with December that if they have something open they will try to give those appointments. I am scared to call the embassy and piss them off? Do you think that is true, that they are done with December interviews?

Well I called and pressed one he was very nice and he said that December is still open that it was good news but I needed to wait. I said my anniversary was the 13th and I really wanted to be w my husband for the holidays. They don't care but you never know.

I also filed both, and both were approved. They sent back my I-129f and NVC kept processing my I-130. And I finally have my interview date for December.

Congrats. My husband is also in DR and I got my cc on the 31st. But, I am still waiting on my date. How long did it take them to provide you with a date?

I called and dialed the 3 and they said they are not giving anymore interviews for December and that I needed to dial 1. These ppl are a show they never give a straight answer. Don't even know why they answer calls.

I think by now you should have a date. I've read that it takes about a week to send to embassy and NVC schedules that's what I've read. Have you try calling and press option 3 were its for case close ready for embassy. Give it a try.

I hope I get it soon, I am going to try that. listen I am sure you know how this is. This is hard we have to thank God we lasted thru everything and my husband is good to me. But, the distance is bad. I wish and pray to God he is here for Christmas.

Well this am I recieved the letter about that case was complete now I still have to continue waiting for the interview date. I was really hoping before my anniversary/holidays. Let's see what happens.

My scan date is also Oct 14.. i was hoping it wouldnt be so long :'( really want to see my husband and especially for holidays

Is that your last scan date? Because mine was almost 60 days from my first scan date. Still waiting on interview date.

Yes they said they are waiting on the schedule for December. So I don't know If that means it will be early December or mid.

I called Tuesday same respond of 60 days. I've checked ceac a few times a day still shows paid. I'm praying next week we get cc. Scan date 9/24. Its been a week you got cc right? You should here something soon. Was case send to embassy already? It will be a Dec interview.

OMG I wish, I really want to be with my husband for the holidays. I haven't asked that question they only tell me they are waiting on the schedule.

( AOS package was reviewed since september, i did not send package toguether).

JUST CALLED AT NVC IN THE MORNING AND YESSS , CASE COMPLETED YESTERDAY.

I had cc 10/10 and I called every day and today they told me that they had scheduled my interview for November 5th so it took them six days. Good luck!

i am starting a new job on monday and I've quit my job today, but on my AOS it has my old job, should I notify NVC? Or fill out a new AOS? My AOS was fine, my household sponser aos was incorrect, but I corrected it and returned it back. Please help!!!

I submitted my AOS package in August 2014.

I will leave as is. My husband lost his job in DR and I didn't change anything Bcuz that was during the time they required the paper work.

Did it change from paid to N/A? And you can call they are open until 11. Sorry didn't finish reading yes you have CC.

I hope so jackie, you will get your interview to december, my husband called las week and they said, wait 60 days.

I review cea page everyday and the affidavit has not changed for paid to N/A.

I got my cc on Friday and that same morning I had called and they told my 60 days from last scan which was 10.6.14 and when I went in to look around 3 it had changed from paid to N/A. and someone wrote before me that some cc have been approved for 9.11.14. So you are really close to getting cc.

Approved in Montreal today! Yay. For details, I posted in the reviews section. No problems encountered. Now let's hope they send back my passport as quickly as possible...

You will get approval by this week you will see bcuz they are moving fast. I am still waiting for my interview date, I called today and they said to call everyday that they haven't provided them with the December schedule.

I think it will take a week or more to schedule interviews.. I know one with 10/30 CC still no interview date... Like previous months... the last batch for December will be scheduled on/before 11/15.

When I called the lady said I might get a date for December. crossing fingers.
