Just saw this post and needed to add my two cents:
The whole "out of wedlock" remark was totally unnecessary seeing as how even if she was married that still would not be a reason for an expedite. There's a big difference between being blunt and then throwing shade to be a jerk.
From personal experience, for anyone who comes to this post inquiring if they will be expedited due to pregnancy I will agree and say, no. I attempted two expedite requests thinking I met the criteria, and also contacted my congressman and was advised that although it appeared I did meet the requirements that because of my pregnancy there would be no reason for an expedite. In short, my son was born healthy, I am healthy and the six months went by very fast for me. The NOA2 was a great relief when I did receive it without any RFEs and in a few weeks when my family Is complete this whole journey will be a lovely story to share with our son and the other children we plan on having.
The original question was very valid as it was what stumbled me across his great website in the very beginning and I'm grateful for that because you really get a feel of community from those who file in the same month as you or those who have beneficiaries in the same country. The bitter folks make these forums a drag and make me wonder why anyone would want to marry them in the first place, I guess desperation.

OP congrats on your pregnancy. A baby is a blessing. Regardless of marital status.
I know that it wouldn't be ideal, but I second the thought of possibly having the child in your fiancés country? Not ideal by any means but a thought.

What has happened??? I thought this was a forum where we helped each other out?? No, pregnancy is not a criteria for speeding up the process. And there is so many nicer ways of saying this than attacking. Can't believe it even comes from people who I considered as nice people. Guess I was wrong... Kylajose I am sorry you had an awful first time posting and I can assure you that most of the members here are not ####### even though it currently seems that way.

pregnancy is not a reason for expedite, never has been. You can try for expedite or contacting a senator, but it won;t get you anywhere. people here are just being honest, there is no reason to name call or be upset with people telling it like it is.

You can't be able to determine how long your case will take...Mine took less than 25 days and that doesn't mean I have the best of case...nor my fiancee at time was pregnant....I have a 3 years now....You can only file and put in the best evidence to support your case......That's the best you can do but besides that...Nothing...The truth is that been pregnant is not a requirement in k-l..and Is not a reason to expidate a case in any shape or form....I have seen cases where even people that have kids were still denied at the Consulate level during the interview....So...Juse give it time and start preparing your document ahead of time for the upcoming interview...And Hey....Happy New Year and Good luck

I would be glad that you are not at VSC, as me and my wife (K-1) were there 6-20-12 thru 12-31-12, and then NVC, and on to Manila.
186 days, maybe TSC will be a little quicker, or maybe they will transfer some cases to CSC, like was done a few months ago, and "I think" most all have already been approved, not sure.
I hope something happens for you to get your "to be" here for the big day!
Good Luck, (must have been a post removed, I missed something)

Emcia, it seems like we have quite a few negative people on this post. Lets ignore them and keep the positive energy flowing.

    Hi all!
I was just wondering if anyone knew any way to make the fiance visa process faster. I'm not saying I deserve to have my fiance here any faster than anyone else, but I am 6 months pregnant (due in March) and am going to have our baby in the US. I would like to have my fiance there with me obviously, but our NOA1 date was October 17th and we are being processed at the Texas service center (the slowest one possible, it seems like). Is there any way to have our application switched to a different center (I'm from Vermont, so I don't know why it didn't go to the VSC)? I have tried to call and expedite our application but it was denied. I know it is not the end of the world if he is not there at the birth and I have already prepared myself for it, but I would just like to know if anyone was able to find a faster way. Thanks for your help.

We'd tell you, except the content of our posts would probably be removed in so doing
    This!
With respect, we don't need to be kept apart to know that our relationship is unbreakable. Time apart is not the key to forming the foundations of a good relationship.
