I wish Dallas moved that fast!

Wow! Did you do anything special on your application?

Good evening!
I am finally ALMOST DONE with our I-129F K1 petition! I have a question I hope someone can help me with.
On my Form G-1145, the e-notification of application/petition acceptance, I noticed that in the upper right hand corner it says that the form expires on 9/30/2014. USCIS does not have another form posted. And either way I see that "this service is only available for forms filed at our three Lockbox facilities located in Lewisville, Texas; Chicago, Illinois; and Phoenix, Arizona." according to the site.
Thoughts? Should I include it anyway or leave it out? Thanks in advance!

Has anyone sent pictures just attached to white pages with the labels on those? I'm wondering if I should re-print mine and stick them in plastic bags.
Thanks in advance!

Where is this from? I've seen it on the visajourney website but not on the USCIS page.

Good afternoon, all!
We are about to finally finish our I-129F and I have attached our 57 or so pictures with double sided tape to white paper, then labeled the pictures clearly with names of all in the pictures, what is happening in the picture and where the picture was taken. I also put a heading at the top of the page and wrote my (petiitoner's) name and that it is I-129F. This way it's easier to see which ones go together; ie "Family retreat" etc.I did this because I read it on visajourney somewhere, but I've now read that others have submitted the pictures in a clear plastic bag.
Can I leave my pictures as they are or should I change the format? Thoughts? Thanks in advance!

Thanks!
Do I, the petitioner need to go to the medical appointment, or just my fiancee, the beneficiary?

Good evening!
Assuming my I-129F application is approved and sent to the DR, when I get my interview do I have some say in when it will be scheduled? As a teacher, summer would be the ideal time for our interview. Do they just call and assign or will I be able to choose one that works for us? I would be glad to hear your experiences. Thanks,

Are you sure? I can write the letter of intent in English, tell him what it says and have him sign it?

Hello everyone!
We are still diligently plugging away at gathering information for the I-129 visa. I have a question on the forms that I am hoping someone can help me with.My fiance A doesn't speak English yet, and some forms need to be submitted in English. I am a licensed Spanish teacher and can translate his papers into English. I found the form below on visajourney. I am planning for him to write in Spanish (I'll probably type them as he dictates) and then to translate them to English, then have him sign both copies. Questions:
1) Is it okay for me to translate, being his fiancee?
2) Is there anything I need to submit besides the form below and perhaps a copy of my Spanish educator's license?Thank you!

We are going to have him sign in blue ink, mail them to me, and then I'll mail our package in together. I also just had my passport picture taken. I figure that it's worth it for peace of mind! Thanks for your help!

Thanks for the info! I will definitely send the original forms. The only effective mailing from the Dominican Republic on a timely/predictable basis has been sending it with an American in a suitcase or [expensive!] FedEx. I would prefer something we have already tested for mailing, but we will have to test he idea about other companies soon!

Good evening everyone! This is my first time posting. I am definitely thankful for this website and the people on it as my fiancee A and I begin our visa journey!
I am currently filling out the I-129 F form and I have a few questions:
1) Due to A's location, him sending original signed forms could be around $70 and a lot of hassle. We are willing to pay it if necessary, but instead would we be able to scan the forms that require his signature (in black ink!), have me print them and then send those in? I thought it might fall under "original forms available upon request". Has anyone successfully done this?2) Has anyone taken and printed their own I-129F pictures before successfully? I used to take them of other people at Target and I know just how fast some of the other employees did it, though I never heard of a problem with one. Has anyone ever used epassportphoto.com?
Thank you!
Note: If there is a different place I need to ask this question, please just let me know.
