I dont want to sound rude or anything, but does this kind of question belong here?!?!We are talking of someone who has not even finished high school!
At least let her finish school, her future plans may not even be coming to America!

I real like this site! There are people who come here with genuine problems/issues seeking answers and sure enough most get those answers. However, some have stories to tell and is sometimes hard to understand because they dont tell the whole story.I mean, how do you expect to enter the USA,or any other country for that matter by claiming you are going to the beach as well as talk to immigration lawyer! Now,after being deported you want to find out how you can apply for another visa to enter. My sympathies because sure as son rises from east and sets in the west, you will not be allowed to enter with such reasons.Am sorry, but that is the true picture.

    Hi,
When a USC petitions for a spouse, only the spouse can get a visa. Derivative beneficiaries are not allowed. You could not have included her daughter.
Did you marry mom before her daughter's 18th birthday?

Clearly, there is something missing here,we are not getting the whole information.
1.You went to the police and gave "hypothetical situations",sounds like you had nothing to report, that is why the police didn't believe you.
2.You are a student and don't make much money, how did you sponsor him?
Am just asking, otherwise,if the marriage is broken, seek divorce, ask a divorce lawyer, they are likely to listen to your situation considering your financial position. As for the bank account, open yours, withdraw money from the joint one(what you believe is rightfully yours).Once you qualify to file for divorce wherever you are, serve him copies,if he doesn't respond, show proof to judge and you will be granted divorce.
    Best of luck

    Hi everyone,
My wife went for visa interview at US embassy in Nairobi Kenya yesterday,Dec. 4th,2014.Obvisiously, didn't know how it would come out.She hadn't slept the night before, and I was not able to sleep either while she was at the embassy.I work up at 2am and she had not sent any text,so I started reading a book,I texted her to tell her wasn't able to sleep. After about 1hr she texted and told me to call,I was having butterfies in my stomach,so I called and she told me she had bad news,my heart sunk, then she started laughing and I joined her. Then she said,"I was approved"!! What a relief it was!
On my behalf,on behalf of my wife,I would like to sincerely thank VJ for the information it provided us,especially when we got to NVC.The information we got on this site enabled us to provide information to NVC in timely manner that we didn't get any checklists which would have delayed our case.We want to say a big thank you and wish those whose cases are still in progress fast processing.Hang in there, you will get there eventually.
