    After they review DS-261 (agent form).
    I'd recommend calling them. Ask if they can review your agent form over the phone. It could be "stuck". Your IV fee should then become available within a few days.

    I've tried IE and Chrome on a pc and neither browser is working at the moment. The error is a .NET web.config error. Nothing we can do about it until they fix the issue. Just need to try again later.

    Sorry to say case received January 7th and still no case number. They're saying 42 days to receive a case number for I-130.

    We're at day 35 since NVC receipt date (50 days since NOA2) and was told this morning 42 days. This means another week if I'm tracking correctly. I plan on calling daily now to get a number. Definitely a roller coaster. When we started we thought we'd have an interview date already. Boy, were we delusional!

    I saw a post that said they're still working on June 16. I also had heard that the week prior when I called USCIS. I wonder if that means that you can't submit a request until they say they're working on your date or after.
    IMHO, I think it unfair to post that they complete petitions in 5 months or less if that is not accurate. Of course, not like my opinion will have any influence. :-D
    Merry Christmas and a happy New Year to all. Roll on 2015 and approvals for all! Heh heh heh.
