    Important Notice - New Application Fees: Nonimmigrant and immigrant visa application fees for certain visa categories will change on September 12, 2014. All visa applicants must pay the fee amounts in effect on the day they pay, with the exception of Immigrant Visa application processing fees paid domestically to the National Visa Center (NVC), which will be effective as of the date of billing.

    Immediate relative and family preference applications (processed on the basis of an approved I-130, I-600 or I-800 petition)

    If you paid your visa fee before September 12, 2014, and your visa interview is on or before December 11, 2014, you do not have to pay the difference between the new and old fee amounts.

    If you paid your visa fee before September 12, 2014, and your visa interview is on or after December 12, 2014, you will be required to pay the difference between the old and new fee amounts no exceptions.

    11/8/2013 file date here. Yesterday finally got NOA2 approved and finished with USCIS Nebraska nightmare!

  5. Hi guys so on the 21st I got and email that my i130 was transfer and they mail me a notice!! still waiting for the letter. still haven't get !!' I called uscis and the operator told me that my I-130 was transfer to Nebraska but it was always at Nebraska I really don't urdersatand !!! .So I spoke to tier 2 !! She was Soooo rude ! I hang up on her !! And called back and the operator told me my i103 is still at Nebraska and it was never transfer ! After I got a email notification that it was transfer I don't urdersatand how the uscis sistem works !!

  6. This is the phone for uscis 1 (800) 375-5283 just follow the instruntion ! My pd is April 14th September 14 I will be calling to open a service request !! And YES I'm a us citizen ! and Yes you can call them no matter where your from ! Is eather the petitioner or the beneficiary

    wow... what a mess :( how did you find the phone number to call them? I am getting ready to do the same thing... September 7th is coming awfully fast :( by the way are you or your spouse American? I wonder, will they talk to me if I am the sponsored? I am Canadian, so I wonder if it should be my husband that would need to call?

  7. Thats why im concern cause my case was already at nebraska and the update the operator give me was that it was transfere to Nebraska on the 21st but it was already there !!

    I'm calling a tier2 Imigration officer I have to wait 50 minutes

    That is probably the last info they have, that you were transferred to Nebraska when you petitioned the first time... I haven't tried to call VSC but could you call the NSC directly? you don't know where your case has been transferred after Nebraska??
