I wishhh
After reading this I can't help but think if this whole "system crashed" by homeland security was nothing but a scam to make people pay more money. I am furious at the moment. I wonder if they will give money back to people that $420.00 for filing I-130 petitions ?.

I dont understand why is it taking so long just for an aproval i know that if is a usc it should take a shorter time than a green card holder !!
no, my husband is the USC
-
Are you a us citizen ?
Unfortunately not...I thought so too at first but then I realized that nothing is gonna make them work quicker
Thanks! We've been waiting for over 9 months, it's so frustrating...
-
Yes hopefully we get out aproval soon
congrats i was also transferred there mid august....hoping to hear something soon
-
I Really though that if you open a service request they would work on it quicker !!! So messed up i hope you get your aproval soon
Most people that have been waiting this long have!!! it just doesn't change anything cause they don't tell you anything. We filed our 3rd service request today, I seriously doubt they're gonna tell us anything different this time...

wow... what a mess how did you find the phone number to call them? I am getting ready to do the same thing... September 7th is coming awfully fast by the way are you or your spouse American? I wonder, will they talk to me if I am the sponsored? I am Canadian, so I wonder if it should be my husband that would need to call?

Thats why im concern cause my case was already at nebraska and the update the operator give me was that it was transfere to Nebraska on the 21st but it was already there !!
I'm calling a tier2 Imigration officer I have to wait 50 minutes
That is probably the last info they have, that you were transferred to Nebraska when you petitioned the first time... I haven't tried to call VSC but could you call the NSC directly? you don't know where your case has been transferred after Nebraska??
