When i got aproved thats what it said but i havent get my aproval notice so i contact them amd 2 hrs later i got this

I got aprovved on 09/18 i contact them today cause i havet recieve my aproval notice !! And then this happen !!! I think they just sending me a new notice

You should definitely contact them again.. Email and call them.. That's crazy..

i got my approval on sept 8th. still nothing from NVC....no news of the case being transferred yet.....Do they send out a notification abt the transfer?

No no! They told me it would take up to 2nd of October, but it took 9 days. Cheer up

I did an e-request and i have to wait to octuber 4th for a reply i just cant waittt damnmm it

By the way dont wait 1 month after the 5 months mark

after all April filers get the husbands or wives to the USA I think we all should plan a trip....Disney world! something! meet up ...just my opinions. Not sure if people actually do that lol..would be fun

I'm I the only April filer who is still waiting from California service centre?

I know NVC prosses it's a pain in the ### but I rather be dealing with NVC and know that they are working on the last 4 to 5 months on my case to get an interview date and finally be with my love ones insted of of waiting 5 months for an aproval to wait another 4 to 5 months !!!

There are many steps once your NOA2 is approved.

Here's the basic outline of our journey so far as April filers.

April 4th PD Vermont service center.

NOA2 Approval July 10.

NVC case number assigned August 6.

8-12 AOS & IV fees paid & posted as paid

8-20 AOS packet received

8-29 DS-260 filed, completed, submitted out online

Still have to mail in IV packet, waiting on receiving my husbands original BC he's mailing this week.

Each of the NVC steps are now taking 60 calendar days to process.

So we are stil waiting to hear about our AOS packet. If you thought waiting for USCIS was bad, wait until NVC. It's way more frustrating & just as slow, if not slower.
