See, we totally ended up getting approved the same day!

I was transfer on August 21 to Cali too havent get anything yet my PD is April 14th hope i get something this new week ??

My thoughts to all those who are waiting from last year even. Congrats to those moving forward. I was transferred late aug to Cali from Nebraska

What do you mean the confirmation screen? You can submit a case inquiry online? Honestly I have no idea if it changed the process time for NSC... I would hope it shortens it right?

It is harder than I thought too... our son is 17 months now, he does not see it too much so far. At least we have this forum... really it helps to see other people going through the same process...

I know how it feels at least you get to see your son my son is with my husband and the pain is so hard I miss them so much I missing out if my son life alot ! I don't think I could do this any longer !!

I know!!!!!!! It is amazing... my husband just went back to USA 2 days ago after 1 week visit to see me and our son... I have to say I struggle... it is harder that I expected... I thought I was stronger... I miss him so much it hurts me and to have seen him with our son, how close they are and cute and loving to each other... it just makes me cry.

It gets me so mad that I see May filers getting approvals ? why why why !!!!! it's aprillll Time Now I'm so pissed

I understand trust me I wish we all get out aproval to go to NVC procces which I hear is a pain in the ###

I would open a service right after my pd if I was you !! I know because the last time I called and spoke to tier 2 he told me I can open a service request after September 14 th ! Pd April 14

Hi everyone.. although ours is not IR1/CR1 , just wanted to share here (might give some hope to others). My husband (US citizen) had applied both I129 F and I130. PD April 15th and April 4th respectively. We got approval on Sept 3rd (the USCIS website was updated today). Our application was in Nebraska Service Center. So, ours got approved in 5 months.

I had been going through the forum frequently in last few months and it has been helpful.

Received email and text that our we were approved on yesterday!!!!!

I was ssoooo exited when I receive a msg saying my case has been updated omg I hope they give me that aproval soo !!

It wasn't transferred again.

Our first letters said on 08/21 your case is being transferred to a local office. This letter does not say local. it says transferred to a Uscis office and is being processed

This is just confirmation that it's arrived in Cali and that's it's been touched.

Others have written abt the third email so I shouldn't have been surprised but when I got the text from them, I was just so excited, I forgot.

I don't get it I'm soooooo confused

Got a third text MSG and email this morn. Well right after midnight. Got all excited for nothing. I don't see the purpose of three of them.

Mine is in 2 weeks I got transfer to California so I have some hope !!!

Seriously though, I'm sure it was a sad day. Mine is next Monday and I'm already telling myself don't let it get to u if u still have nothing. But sometimes u just can't help it

You can't put in a service request until it has been about 6 months. 5 months processing time is only an estimate, doesn't mean you can start calling when it's been 5 months and 1 day... I was just sad.

It is! Finally our five months. Last week California approved a LOT of K-1s that got transferred there on August 9... the first batch of IR-1/CR-1 transfers was August 14, hopefully California will work on us this week!

September is our month for approval ???? be positive
