  1. I'm not sure if this would help but I found these emails online and they're for Donal Neufeld - Associate Director, Service Center Operations Donald.W.Neufeld@uscis.dhs.gov

Lori Scialabba- Deputy Director, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services lori.gill@dhs.gov

and Alejandro Mayorkas I believe Is the ex Director of USCIS- alejandro.mayorkas@dhs.gov

If we can all send them email and see if that helps with all this backlog I don't know just an Idea.

  2. My NOA1 is June 20. I contacted my congressman, not for my wait. Its only been 4 months.

But for no other reason then the fact that TSC is doing a horrible job.

CSC approves people in 10/40 days usually and we are stuck waiting for 5/8 months. WHY? We don't get a single explanation nothing. All we can do is wait. It's not fair. I asked him to find out why there is such a big difference in centers. And that this is not fair or the 10.000's of people waiting for longer then those 'horrible' 40 days.

He told me he could not do anything unless we passed our 'waiting time'.

Yea I contacted my senator as well but have not received a response im pretty sure my response will be the same.

  3. Yes today my vj timeline shows October 25 - November 26 it's kind of hard to get our hopes up with this because it might not mean much, but let's keep praying and soon we will get that text and email we're all waiting for anxiously, I do hope is true that all of May and June applications were transfered to CSC that would only mean good news for us.

  4. Yea the VJ timeline is not really worth looking at its just false hopes, I'm praying that I can be wrong an I can have my NOA2 by November 14th like the timeline says, i have a question does anybody know why now why on Igosr list it says petitions with NOA1 dates as follows are currently being processed and TSC says May 16,2014 and USCIS.gov says March 4th, 2014 whats more or less what they're actually working on. this loooong wait is killing me and my fiancée I'm sure we can all relate.

  5. So finally the date changed on USCIS to Mach 4th, but what does this mean really, that they are only processing March applications, because the processing time now says 5.9 months meaning my 5.9 months should be at the end of November but I don't see how that is possible if they are just working on March 4th.

  6. It has said February 2nd for the past two months, I'm only on my fourth month and I'm going crazy, I spoke to USCIS today and of course they give the same speech they give everybody we are processing February 2nd blah blah blah, but on the bright side they said that the February 2nd date should change on the website after October 19th so lets see how accurate that is

  7. I need some help, so I just spoke to somebody on the 1800 number for USCIS to get a status on my case I know its only been two months but just wanted to call to see what cases they were working on and so far they're working on February files, but this is my question, the agent I spoke to said that if I wanted to file a E-request form to request my case be transferred to another service center I could do it on the USCIS website, I don't know if that information is true or false because I see the link to file the E-Request but there is no option to have my case transfer so I don't know if the agent just gave me incorrect information.

is there such thing as filing an E-Request to have your case transferred to another service center, and if there is would that slower my case or make it faster since some service centers are approving cases much faster.

    Thank you

  8. I Received my NOA1 back on 7/23/2014, and I received a noticed that my fiancées alien registration number was changed, on the USCIS website it says initial review, and as of right now they have not asked me

for any additional information, im just wondering if all the paperwork and all the evidence is in order how long can I expect my visa to get approved and received my NOA2 , and start the next step which is the interview, my I-129F is being processed by the Texas Center does it always take the approximate 6 months if they don't ask for additional prove.
