From my understanding of your situation and the I-751 you would give them every address that you have lived at since you entered in the US as LPR. We have lived at 4 different addresses since my wife entered. I answered yes to question 22 and on the last page I have three entries with each address and the dates that we lived there. As for the check we made out two separate check.

Hello, I am not sure what GC you received is it 10 or 2 year?

All I can say is that anyone who is a GC holder (conditional or 10 year) should report to the USCIS address change within 10 days of moving.

I moved since became a GC holder (conditional) and changed address on time, did 2 infopasses with USCIS on that matter, since system changed it wrong, than I sent AR11 address change (and than checked with USCIS again via infopass and they said it shows in the system correctly) BUT last week got a letter reminder to file ROC on old address.....it seems like the whole USCIS is staring at two different data bases.

Hello! Im filling the form of I-751 and I find there is 2 differents fees: one for the form other for biometrics I should send 2 separate checks or I send the full amount in one ?

second question is I change my address in between the interview and the arrival of the green card.

my other question is pag 2 part 22 were they ask if I have been resided at any other address since you became permanent resident.

we bought a flat with my hubby one or 2 weeks earlier and we moved ...in between the green card was delivered to the other address and then re delivered with the right one.

My request of change of address was before they delivered the card but they changed it after the first attempt of deliver and they finnally deliver it to the new one.

what I should do: say I was living in a different address or say I never changed ?

Seems nobody think WHY this happens...why she cheat on him (if thats true)

Why he is not willing to go counseling and get a good relationship back.

but it is will be fine, it is will take just more time but i am sure, soon they will send you your card.

Me i have receive my green card just yesterday in priority mail. It was happen to me one time they send my biometric but not delivery so it have take 2 week more and they send again my biometric.

When you call, keep the number they give you like record about your call.

I hope it is will be fine soon for you, don't worry, you will have your green card.

Hi, here Im again

My green card was approved at the same time almost than my work permit and travel.

I moved one week earlier than the onterview and I ask for a change of address.

They send me the cards to the old address and even I have a forward to my new address at the post office , they send it back to MO (uscis).

The lady at the post office was really nice and she kept it for me the second time but her supervisor found it, and has made a big deal of it and sent it back to USCIS...

I did the internet change of address and I call twice to USCIS I spoke with a tier 2, she was really nice but she ask me more questions than the ones at the interview!

I wonder if at this point I should do something different ...already 2 times sended to the wrong address.

I love the idea of getting married in Italy! Perfect! Check that getting married in Italy is a possibility. Some countries have residency requirements.

Get several official copies of your marriage certificate and an official transaltion of the that document with a letter from the place doing the translating that they are certified translators.

Be sure every time the two of you are together, you pick out 4-12 pictures that represent your time together. Caption them. Put this with plane itineraries, hotel receipts, etc. This will save you time when you go to put your evidence of a bona relationship together.

Just be sure to get in your marriage certificate the " apostille de la Haya" its a requirement that will allow you to present any italian document in any american authorities and be recognized as good.
