Thanks! Never given a copy of the DS-3025 so, perhaps we can get a copy from doctor in Bogota. Or the titer test. Thanks again for the help!🙏 -
I have found a list of what vaccines are required for immigrants coming to the US but my husband can't remember which ones he received from the approved doctor in Bogota. How can I find out what vaccines he was given? Thanks anyone for your help
