When you log into CEAC if there are three NA's, then the case is complete and you then have to wait for an interview to be scheduled.

The fact that you arrived in the USA in 2011 on ESTA and overstayed will raises concerns. Also I am not sure why your husband wants you to apply for a CR1 as oppose to a IR1 visa considering you have been married since 2011. Also until you are allowed to legally live in the USA you cannot apply for citizenship.
There is no easy solution to your situation.
As your situation is not that straight forward i would recommend seeking legal advice.

I am sorry to hear about what has happened. I understand that this is very distressing for you. I would suggest that you keep the intimacy within your marriage private for you and your wife only.
I would recommend that you find her and sit down with her to find out what is going on. The purpose of her immigrating to the USA is to be with you.

I am in the same situation. I received the same email with the letter attached stating exactly the same thing. Hopefully sooner rather than later the interview date will come.
