our case got sent back last april.cause uscis did a lyrical error to our files and it was sent back again at nvc jusy recently.. and now we are under ap..

hello.. its been 3 weeks already and our case is not in the embassy yet.. nvc said we are in administrative processing.. but no time frame.. who got ap here just recently.. how long have u wait for your case to be send to the embassy?

hello, my fathers name in my birth certificate is blank but my fiance put my fathers name in the form to submit in uscis...but uscis already approved our petition.. and now our petition is i the nvc now and we are under ap.. is this the cause maybe why we are under administrative processing?

hello ours got sent back last april but uscis got ours approved again for the second time and nvc received it again oct 8 and told us we are administrative processing and told us later that our case is not in their system anymore.. where is our files now.. that big question we are asking that nvc cant answer

hello ..im glad there is same situation as ours.. we are so worried and been searching with this kind of situation and i cant find any answers.. thank u for your response as i get any idea whats really up.. how long u waited since nvc told u your case is not in their system.. ?

how long u waited until nvc sent your files in the consulate?

and here is our case.. nvc received our case on october 8 and assigned us the case number.. the following week we called nvc to follow up our case. and then told us its under administrative processind and even told us to wait for their email if its already shipped to the embassy.. the following week we called nvc again and found out our case is not in their system anymore and they didnt tell us if its sent to the consulate.. all they said is i dont know.. our status in ceac is 'AT NVC' . We are confuse and worried where is our papers go now? Can somebody help us.. we dont know how nvc works .. Thanks

yeah no one really knows only nvc but i just hope they will tell us where is our papers now.. cause telling us about this makes us worry

yes i did click immigrant visa and status says AT NVC. . but nvc says our files is not in their system anymore. . so worried cause we dont have an idea where it is now..

hello i got approved september 17 and got our case number october 8.. and when my fiance called nvc again yesterday they said our files is not in their system anymore.. we are confuse now cause our status at ceac says at nvc until now.. we are so worried cause when we asked where is our files nvc seems know nothing about it..

hello uscis approved our case again after they review it and it is now in nvc.. just called them few weeks ago and they already have our papers.. and gave us the same case number.. but when calling this week they said its under ap.. and just today i called nvc and said our case is not in their system anymore. is that normal.. please help.. our ceac status says at nvc.. it doesnt change..

here is our case.. got approved sept. 17, then it shipped to dept. of state sept. 29.. then i called nvc to know if they received files.. then representative said yes and gave us the case number.. after a week my fiance called nvc to ask when they are going to send our files to the embassy.. they said its under administrative process now.. so after a week of waiting we called nvc again and ask about our status then representative said they dont have our case.. how does that happen.. our ceac status says at nvc.. where is our physical now .. nvc dont know anything.. please help.. any case same as mine? thank u

hello .. my case was received at nvc but sent back to uscis 4 months ago and now uscis reaffirmed our case and it is now in nvc.. my question is , is nvc wont send back files to uscis for the second time? we have the same case number and it is says at ceac at nvc.. i hope it will send directly to the embassy..

We called uscis and they said its their mistakes cause they forgot something ..and they resent our files may 13th but till now nvc dosnt have it back yet

It looks like our papers is still at uscis and need a reviews but why they keep telling us before that they already sent our pepers to nvc..

We been calling uscis for the last 2 months and they said they sent our files last may 13 ..until my fiance got frustrated and ask them a straight answer and they promised to make an invistigation where ia our papers now and yesterday this is their response through email Based on your inquiry your file has been requested for review. You should receive a notice of further action on your application/petition within 60 days.

I am so worried about our case..we got approved 2 -3 months ago and got our case number from nvc after 2 weeks of approval..but nvc sent our files to uscis after a week ..then whn i check our status at uscis homepage it say on may 13th the sent our files to department of state but til now nvc doesnt have it yet..so worried here..dont know where is our files now.
