Anyone else in the range of EAC 18010....? My case was transferred to Texas on Nov 23rd and since then nothing...I see so many cases after mine being approved and it keeps me optimistic that something will happen soon but not sure if I'm the only one in that 18010 range here.
My wife's docs were transferred to Texas 12/03/18 , I just checked today online, Her Card is being produced!! check your status using this link https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/mycasestatus.do

I went thru the same issue with my wife's AOS, unfortunately, you will need to do the same test in the USA. here in NH cost us around $500. after the we sent the information, they approved the case in less than 2 weeks . my guess is that you should call the immigration service center and ask for an extension on the dateline, and check where the nearest doctor. use this link https://my.uscis.gov/findadoctorand do yuor appoinment as soon as possible. good luck

I did the process in Peru. First, it is your choice to go to the interview, more likely you won't be able to get in. Second, yes, you will need to make an appointment for each kid,( to get into the embassy) you do this online at the embassy's website, but more likely they will get in with his father to the interview at once. The interview for my wife and daughter took less than 2 minutes, and basically they asked them how my wife and I met and when was the last time we saw each other. good luck

After 8 months and one painful RFE, My wife and kid got their permanent resident card.
the RFE requested a full health examination. it seems that the one taken in the country of origin and filed at the port of entry got lost. we did not have other choice but to pay for a new one.
A week after we sent the examination, along with my proof of citizenship and my divorce decree, we received the letter of approval, and the cards the day after. we are very happy. I have to thanks to everyone in this community that with little tips we were able to go thru the process without the expense of lawyers or translators even photos.. Thanks VisaJourney!!!

I read this before, it makes applying for a work permit prior getting married worthless
Permission to Work
After admission, your fiancé(e) may immediately apply for permission to work by filing a Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization with the USCIS Service Center having jurisdiction over your place of residence. Any work authorization based on a nonimmigrant fiancé (e) visa would be valid for only 90 days after entry. However, your fiancé (e) would also be eligible to apply for an extended work authorization at the same time as he or she files for permanent residence. In this case, your fiancé(e) would file Form I-765 together with Form I-485 as soon as you marry.I-765 processing can take upto 90 days. By the time you get your EAD, it'll only be valid by either a few days. Better to file for EAD when you submit your I-485.

I mailed back our RFE on 11/18 (I overnighted it and requested someone sign for it at the post office when it was picked up) and I got an email on 11/20 saying they received the RFE and the USCIS would resume processing it. I also logged into my USCIS account and saw that it had been updated that way. Do you have an account on the site? Maybe you just missed the email and they received it? If not, I would call them and make sure they got it.
I literally, LITERALLY, just got an email saying that they approved our i-129f petition!!!!! So 19 days from when they received our RFE to NOA2. Thank you so much!!!
And your interview is in 12 days!! That is so exciting!!! Crossing my fingers that everything goes smoothly for you

Hi everyone...we got notice of our RFE from TSC on 11/12 (June filer!), received the hard copy, fixed what was requested (missed the section of questions about criminal convictions as I thought it was for military only - stupid mistake on my part, I know). Anyway - we got notice on 11/20 that they received our RFE and that we would get a decision by 1/19/15. What should I be looking for next? RFE Review notification? Or would it go straight to approval?
Does it usually take the full time? I'm just so afraid that our application will be looked over or even lost because I made a stupid mistake and forgot to mark a couple of questions. I've seen some people get their NOA2's so quickly after responding to their RFEs - days even! - and I'm just feeling anxious/helpless/you know the feelings if you've been/are in this situation.
Any insight at all about how USCIS receives RFEs would be so appreciated. Or even your experience after you submitted yours. Thank you!
I missed the same exact set of questions on my application. I received notification RFE 9/4, received the hard copy 9/11, mailed back 9/12 and received NOA 2 on 9/29.
check my timeline below... interview is in 12 days!!1

I check the USCIS website for my case and found out that I have a RFE mailed to me on sept 4th. I have to wait and see what it is.

Once your Fiancee visa is approved, she has up to six months to leave the country and 90 days to get married after arriving to the US, plenty of time.. I am a late March filer, I am going to visit my fiencee in October, hopefully NOA2 gets in prior my trip.

He is talking about Citizenship, no green card applicans
It has always been a requirement to stayed married if they want to get the citizenship in the three year period, this is from USCS page. If they get divorce, he/She can apply for citizenship after 5 years.
