Hello all!

Last Monday my fiancé and I were approved for our visa and I've been going through ceac and ustraveldocs to track the status of the visa and each site is saying there is no record of the number I am submitting or no status update when I go through traveldocs and enter in passport number. Any advice on how to better locate the status of the visa?

My fiancé interview was on August 25, 2015 and we are still waiting, we were told 1 week by the CO. But it has been 13 days and counting, when I last checked CEAC it said issued and in final processing on September 3, 2015. And if he hasn't received it in 10 business days call the consulate, the DHL will email when the visa is ready for pick-up.

We are still waiting one my fiancé visa to be ready for pickup, its only been 6 days she told us 5 to 15 day wait.

No you don't I have too, we were asked the same thing and we told her we had completed it in order to print the receipt to pay the fees and schedule the appointment. I think it just something they haven't to tell you at the end of the interview.

We had our interview yesterday and we were approved!!!!!!!! We are so happy that this part of our journey is finally over. And they say that it will be a problem if the woman is older than the man WRONG, our 12 year age difference was never a problem, and I also attended the interview. Now on to the next part of our lives together.

I do think it is the only fee you should left was th$265.00 and you have done that in order to get the appointment sceduled. Nothing else should be paid. Until after you get married and file the adjust of status for $1,070. There is nothing else I can think of.

FINALLY!!!!! FINALLY!!!!! FINALLY!!!! We got APPROVED!!! I cannot beleive it... RFE response came very quickly.. only about two weeks!!! I am so excited, I dont even know what the next step is!!

Hang in there Novembers, or any month for that matter, there is light!!! It's a long wait, but when it comes, boy, am I smiling!!

Have you tried DHL International location that you picked for delivery when scheduling your appointment. To see if they have received it yet. The embassy stop using Haiti messenger in March 2015.

I never thought I'll be able to post this but we just got our approval. Email came at 8:38pm central time. I am still in tears

I would like to know what hotels are close to the Consulate in Port Au Prince, Haiti, or maybe walking distance from the consulate interview is next month August 25, 2015.

im not gonna lie was possibly the most boring experience waited for three hours and only spoke to people for ten minutes

got asked what was my fiances name was and how did we meet and she asked to see my ring that was it lol

Yes you can just print the confirmation page when you complete it. If you are unable to upload a picture you can still print the page just make sure you have extra passport picture to give them, with the ds160 confirmation page at the interview. Make sure you print extra copies of the confirmation page.

So John and I got the NOA 2 on June 26 and we still haven't heard anything from the NVC. I just called them and they said it takes 35 days to process.

Does it really take that long? Can anyone tell me their experiences with that?

Or should I be in a different forum topic for this, if yes, which one?

btw. those people on the phone at NVC are really unfriendly!

I waited 2 weeks after I received my N02, and then I called everyday until I got my case number.

Yes, he can bring the Ds-160 passport photo with him to the interview. My fiancé had the same problem.
