I have checked all day also probably once or twice an hour and noticed zero down.

March 2017 Filer --- CSC --- No N400 yet - Case still says Feb 26 to Local Office

Well after 12am update should be done. Mine still says transferred to Local Office :s  As of yesterday calling second day in a row, second day in a row was told it was transferred to local office. 

March 2017 CSC filer here. I spoke with a Tier 1 that said my husbands case WAS transferred to local office and gave me the Local office it was transferred to.

Spoke to a couple lawyers and convo was:

I talked to a Tier 1, would not give me much info because i am the Petitioner and not the applicant (He's at work and guess i can marry him, own a house with him, own a business with him, file for his i130, conditional residence and everything else up until this point but now he has to be present to talk about the case ).. They said my case was transferred to local office and told me what office it was. Nothing more.

Thanks you. Apparently one right here in Jacksonville. Far as i knew they didnt handle applications like this, now im really confused.

Mine says it was transferred to a "local Office" as well this morning (CSC filer). Worries me, stomach is sick thinking about it   How do we know where our local office for I751 is? Im from Jacksonville Florida.

2 years and 9 months of being here on Conditional Residence? I got married in April 2013 - He finally got approved and came on a CR1 on June 6th,2015. Just applied for I-751 March 8th. When would I start applying for N-400?  Sorry if this sounds like a stupid question. I swear since I been in cancer treatment I have chemo brain (very forgetful and simple things are not as understandable)  Thanks ahead of time.

Which carrier delivers the NOA1? Does it have to be signed for? Had a Fedex door tag and wasnt expecting anything, so i missed it. Wasnt sure if that was NOA1.

My check cashed now awaiting NOA

Sent mine out 8th. Same service center. Mine was signed for May 9th. I still havent received any confirmations nor has my check been cashed either.

It has me worried now seeing that all these others are done so quick

We sent ours and it was received at the CSC on March 9th. Have not received any confirmations nor has check been cashed. 

Does it matter when filling out the application if its capital letters or small letters? I am using the online form so it will all be legible.

House -  in both our names

Business - in both our names

Bank accounts savings/checking - both our names

2 years taxes - both our names. first year personal work, second year personal and our business.

Car insurance for 3 vehicles - in both our names

Sams Club membership - in both our names

Amazon Business Account

Id's both same addresses

School emergency contacts for 2 kids - both our names

Court Order changing my last name (got married in Netherlands they dont change the name. So i went to court for a name change)

PLENTY of picture Proof

Screen pics of business websites? Facebook? Instagram? Yelp? Twitter? Shows we both own it and says on them about him coming to america to be with his wife and wanting to open the business to bring his favorite foods to america for everyone to enjoy? 

Hmm trying to think of what else..

Maybe ask my team of cancer dr's to write a statement for me? For radiation it was 6 weeks straight daily and he was with me ALL days except one and dr seen him even cry that one day he had to leave me alone while he went to work.

Yes ma'am. I do have a copy of the deed that we will send in. I am just worried about the Medical and Life insurance. kNo one will accept me with cancer even at high rates ;( I have tried that. A far as utility bills, hes on there as being allowed to change stuff but not on account as main account holder. So it shows no where on bills. Most they could do was put him as a c/o in both our names under address but everything is online and no paper and online ones show nothing.
