No I emailed Djibouti embassy. I've been in Djibouti since May 21st. My case arrived from Cairo on July 2nd and it's ready. I'm just waiting on the appointment

Hopfully it's just cold feet. Put yourself in her shoes it's kinda nerve Wrecking especially after reading about the way they interview people. But you said she's been in the way of personal progress ? If she's been iffy about this the whole time I would have a seriously conversation with her cause immigration is no joke. Last thing you want is to be mislead by someone you brough in the U.S. I'm just being completely honest with you. My wife would kill to get an interview and she's one of the most shyest and nervous person I've ever met. . Actually shes going to have to take a 20 hour boat ride just to go to the interview because of the war in Yemen and she's not thinking twice. I know it's aittle different in your situation I hope the best for you. Just be 100% honest with her ask her how she really feels

I agree with you . They need to make this process fair for everyone unless of an emergency. I have to wait 1 to 2 years for the embassy to give my wife an interview and they wont let me transfew the case somewhere else. Sad part is theres nothing we can do about it but wait. Good lucky my friend

NVC is stating 42 days after receiving the petition from USCIS to assign a case number

A friend of mine filed on 02-28-14 texas location and received her approval 7-07-14 yesterday. looks like there getting to you guys soon. Mine was files in may and i know its only taking 5 months now. Keep checking the status online that helps incase for some reason you don't get a letter

That's not cool to say that. wouldn't you want everyone to be with their loved once? So you should hope Texas hires more people and catch up and make it 1-2 month process Too instead of wishing CSC to drop back. Last year Cali was behind, so it is just bad place bad time and it doesn't mean you should wish longer wait for people who got lucky this time of the year.
I feel guilty enough to be in CSC because people in TX wait forever. But when I see posts like that, i stop feeling guilty cuz of negative attitude like that.
