Oh, no, we sure didn't. I was just telling them a 3rd country with short waiting time.

My Husband and I married in Scotland (he is USC, I'm irish). You have to submit paperwork at least 15 days before marriage but only have to appear in person at the registry office 1 day before wedding.

Just off the phone to NVC, after getting cut off by one operator and on hold for an hour I found out my case arrived yesterday (June 22nd).She said to wait 30 days for the case number to be assigned. Sigh, another wait
-
Just got the email telling me our petitions have been sent to NVC, I'll ring the end of next week see if they have assigned a case number.

Woo hoo! Congrats!

Congrats! The estimate was spot on with mine too.

I'm just back from my second visit since submitting the I130. POE was Dublin. The officer asked purpose of visit, I said visit my husband. He asked if he is a USC and when I said yes he asked me when we got married (October 14) and was this my first time seeing my husband since marriage, I told him no, I'd been for a week in January and my husband had visited Ireland in March. He asked if we had NOA2 yet, I said no, and he checked the system for me! He said unfortunately I have no answer for you today, enjoy your trip.
I got back home to Ireland on the 2nd of June and today the 4th we got our approval, yay!!
Please God my next trip will be the one where we get to stay.

Still waiting, not as patiently as before leaving to go back home after a wonderful 10 trip to see Hubby, please God this will be the last of these horrible goodbyes.

I'm Jan 15th and not approved yet in Nebraska

Woo hoo! Congratulations, they're on a roll this week.
-
Wow, congratulations, this is wonderful seeing January filers getting approval.

I'm Jan 15 Nebraska, so hopefully soon as someone with a date after mine got approval. I'm off to visit hubby on Friday, it'd be sooooo good to have the approval and finalise our paperwork for NVC while we're together for a week.
Congrats Shanelle, it's so good to see others get approval, I'm delighted for you.

Congratulations!! I'm also NSC, Here's hoping they'll get thru the rest of January soon.

We will hopefully getting approval for our I130 in the next month or so (Please God). I am looking to gather the paperwork for the next stage. My husband (the USC) only has his W2s for the past 3 years, will this suffice?
-
100 days and counting, sigh.

Nothing from Nebraska here either, 73 days and counting.

Just over 3 years before we got married.

Doing it all ourselves. We looked into using a lawyer, we were quoted 3k (I130 for myself and son) and they were very slow to respond to calls so I read up and with the help of this site I figured I could do it myself. We're only at noa1 at USCIS, but I'm confident I can get us through.

It depends on the state the petitioner is from.

If I were her I'd go to the post office and ask, if she remembers when she originally went they may look it up for her, make sure she brings identification. The worst they can say is no, so no harm asking.

The receipt you received from the post office will have a tracking number on it.
