Hi apple21, You can use the Ignore Users option rather than disabling your PM function. Click on your user name at the top right corner. In the box select 'manage ignore pref'. It will open a box that allows you to add members to your 'ignore' list. Type in the user name you wish to ignore, click 'post' and 'messages' boxes and you will no longer receive PMs or messages from that person -VJ Moderation

ok - link doesn't work. Go to 'Home' and select 'New Members guide' on the Welcome page.
