  1. Its for me. My case is rare I was taken to the USA when I was two and I got married at 18. Then the USCIS gives situations like mine 180 days to leave the country and avoid to be considered illegal so I left but before I left I filed the i130 and now my wife and I are in a country we know very little about with her being born In California and me leaving here when I was two. Its hard but the struggle comes with a good reward.

Forza1906 is the I-130 For you or are you petitioning for someone else?

What would be an example of strong proof ?

You can call USCIS and request for Expedite. But don't

forget that you Will need Strong Proof to prove your Expedite request.. And you won't loose anything if your request got rejected. So Go ahead.

  2. Same here mine hasn't been updated since Feb. 25 hopefully soon

I'm gonna cry my eyes out, I keep hearing people got approved, some as soon as 1-2 months. My package got sent to Nebraska office, and last update is 25 February, still no NOi2 or any request for more information. When can I call, I'm worried that they might have lost my package. I'm due next month and all this waiting is causing me way too much stress. Will I be able to expedite my case since my husband is in the military and he's due to move back stateside? Thanks

  3. Heres my little timeline

Born in Jalisco Mexico Nov. 1995

Immigrated without inspection to California in May 1998

Married my wife a U.S. citizen Jan. 2014

Attorney told me i had 180 days after my 18th bday to leave and not be responsible for my unlawful presence since i was just 2

The i130 was filed in Feb. 19 2014

I left the U.S. May 3rd 2014 just two days before the 180 days were up.

I got my passport stamped at the Guadalajara Airport to prove that i left the U.S.

We were put to the nebraska center. I just want this process to be over already i hate the lifestyle here in Mexico i feel so lost even though i speak excellent spanish but life is nothing like the U.S.. before i left i finished my second semester of college working to be a civil engineer. I wish goodluck to everyone and hope that we all get approved soon.
