just got email that we have been approved. only got the email nothing else yet.

Lawyer sent response Monday and last night I got a RFE response review. Should the review go faster since I had a approved expedite before I got the RFE? Anyone seen a case similar to this? PD: Feb 19

status changed on uscis to rfe response review.

My lawyer also sent the response on the 7th but no status change. What service center are you ?

They wanted a certified copy of the marriage certificate.

I got an RFE as well from Nebraska Center which is so dissapointing but oh well I just gotta wait for the hardcopy to arrive to my lawyer.

It took a full week to get delivered.

Yes I did and the next day I called my lawyer and he said he didn't receive an email only I did. Did you have a lawyer or are you doing it on your own?

ya they gave a list of examples of proof.

USPS said that the package was delivered 10 days ago getting worried now.. since the status hasnt changed i guess that means its not in the system yet. Hope its not gotten lost.

How long after you got the notice did you recieve the hardcopy through the mail?

Yes I requested an expedite June 23 and got it approved June 25 and on July 2 I got an RFE which really brought me and my wife down :/ but hopefully I get the RFE fast so we can get back on track. Thank you for your good wishes I wish the same for you

I had gotten an expedite approval June 25 and now earlier I get a RFE and I'm like :0 What am I suppose to get in the mail ? How long does it take to get to me ? Did my attorney mess up ? Wow I just can't believe it about 5 mins ago I get a pop up titled USCIS on my phone and I was like finally and it turns out it was a request for evidence

My i130 is still pending after a week of having my expedite request approved. I heard a lot of stories of people that got an expedite and in a couple of days got an approval on there i130. Everyday after I got my expedite approved has been days of hope ending with disappointment :/ Once I get my i130 approved how long do I wait to expedite at NVC and how much faster does it make the process ?

I received an approval for expedite but no luck on a decision on my petition. :/ I hope we all soon get a descision.

well eehhh i called back they told me to wait 30 days now sooo it aint great news but i told them i live in a town were the cartel goes to plant weed and the state is michoacan one of the states with the biggest cartel groups called caballeros templarios so idk maybe thats why they took consideration i didnt send no evidence either

I mean Live*, the uscis wont tell u what you need if u read the website they want strong information. Read my past comment it may help you

What kinda papers did u send? I have a letter from my mayor here in Mexico, letter from my senador and lots and lots of information. I think is normal they dont spend much time with expidite cases, u are either approved or back to the game

I didn't send anything because the officer didn't mention anything about showing evidence she just wrote the report. My aunt is a doctor can I get a letter from her? Or should I try to contact someone in the presidencia ?

My expedite request was denied in less than a day. Does it usually happen so fast ?

I'm not sure if I misheard but I think they said 15 days and if 30 days pass to call them :/ The lady reported public safety and some other stuff I told her. People here think just cuz we come from the states we have money and they look at us up and down.
