DS-260 is supposed to be filled out by the immigrant. since you are doing it for her, think as you are her. Now, the answer to that question would be no. Coz you are no immigrating with the principal immigrant.

There are still people in the November thread that haven't been approved=/ Is NSC lagging behind the others? It seems that way to me.
