For me it has changed to "Card was mailed to me".

Did you get your card already? I went to the uscis last week. The officer told me to come back in a week bc he couldnt see the progress. But i didnt come back, i file service request instead and should get an answer by oct 12th. If not then ill contact my congressman and see if it helps.

Hopefully they can give you some more information about what is going on..

Ah yeah e-request, I did one too waited for a month for a response telling me to file for the I-90 😅. It sure is frustrating!

So that means i have to wait 60 days since approval notice till i can file i-90? If i already knew the answer from e-rqst that they gonna tell me to file i-90 then i ain’t gonna do e-rqst. Just go ahead file i-90 next week (past 30 days) how about that?

We haven't filed the I-90 yet, but I'm going to talk to my attorney about it again this week. I'll probably end up writing to my local congressperson or senator this month, since I've been waiting over 7 months now after my interview.

We were approved in January of this year, and still have not received the greencard. Infopass and lawyer have not helped so far. Still waiting...

Please keep this post updated whenever you hear back from USCIS or receive your card. I'm not sure if I should file an I-90 too.

Same here!! I went for interview aug 2nd, got approval mail on aug 17th. Still no card yet!! Been called tier 2 uscis. She told me to do e-request if i havent receive my card after a month. I am july 2016 filler. So frustrating.

  4. Went to the ROC interview on aug 2nd, got email notifications saying my case has been approved on aug 17th, received 4 pcs (same) approval letter on aug 20th, but still no card nor notifications saying my card has produce. Called T2 uscis officer the other day and she suggest me to do e-request if i havent get the card after a month since approval. Has anyone here have the same situations? I am july 2016 divorce waiver filler.

Thanks for sharing your information. I was thinking I am the only one whose case was not adjudicated. But yours seem longer than me by 5 months. But good to know your interview is finished. Hopefully you will get GC in hand quickly. Let us know once you receive any update on your GC approval.

Good luck to you as well and yes ill update once i got a decisions

  8. Just wanna share my experience, I am a july 2016 waiver filler. Just came back from my interview. It took less than 10 mins. The IO just make a double check of what i fill out (form i-751) after that she asked how i met my ex wife and why do i get divorce with her. She listen very carefully and in the end she just said “im so sorry to hear that”. She check my passport, exp GC, driver license and gave me back in the end. And told me that ill get a decisions in a week. The IO is super nice. As soon as i walked out the door my attorney whispered “you’ll get approved”.

    Here is my timeline:

    * i-751 sent on july 2016

    * biometrics done in october 2016

    * got an RFE in november 2017

    * got interview letter in july 2018.

I just check my online case but still hasnt change. Hopefully ill really get approved and get the card soon. Good luck for yall fillers. GBU

    Hi,  ROC filers!

Just wanted to share my timeline:  Submitted my ROC at the beginning of January 2017, they received it on January, 17th 2017.

February 26th, 2018 got the glitch message about Case being transferred to local office

April 4th, 2018 Case was transferred to Nebraska (NCS), hardcopy received in the mail within few days

May 7th (today), 2018 received an updated "we ordered your new card for Receipt Number WACblabla, and will mail it to the address you gave us. I" - I guess I am approved :)

Never received "Case Approved" status though.

My package of documents wasnt 10 inch fat - I submitted about 20 pictures (including wedding ones). Apartment lease documents for 3 years, joint account (I provided only one month of a statement, but the account was opened years ago), Life insurance (my UC husband was a beneficiary on my life insurance), joint account in a veterinary hospital for our dog (lol); joint bills and correspondence showing that we live in the same place, one account for our phones. That's about it. I did not send any text messages logs or personal emails.

Do you think there is a chance that my "card in production" might be a glitch since i have never received "case approved" update? Or is that it and I shall just wait for the card?

PS: I did not apply for N400 yet.

I am july 2016 (divorce waiver) filler. My original case was from CSC, in february 2018 they transferred my case to the local office. Made online service request twice (1st respond said they’ll make a decisions in 60 days. after 60 days didnt hear anything then i made another service request, 2nd respond said they’ll make a decisions in 120 days) went to infopass once, officer told me that local office been backed up due to N400 fillers so they have no idea when they going to schedule me an interview/another notice. I even contact my local congressman back in february but it seems didnt help. On May 3rd i got email/messages says my case being transferred to the new office. Today just got the letter state that my case been transferred to the NBC Lee’s summit, MO. Idk how much longer should i wait after these 22 months.
