    I CAme to the states in J-1 Visa and i over stayed . then i applied fpr asylum and i got denied . I'm married now and i'm going through the I-130 .

      Hello sparkles, Thank you for checking up on me I really appreciate it. I have been busy with academic and school course load and have not got the chance to check back with you guys. Things are the same and nothing changed. Probably will file a service request on the 29th coz that's when the 90 days are up with no interview date. Hopefully i get something this time. How are things with you ?

      Hopefully you do get some info with that request, it seems most everyone is moving up the interview list this month. Like the backlogs are being cleared out at long last. Things are decent here, we got our notice of interview finally. Carry on with the school focus, I have a feeling yours is right around the corner, too. :)
