Hi everyone. I'm confused about the proper steps to the NVC. I have paid the AOS fee and IV fee. I'm wondering if I should submit AOS along with my wife's immigrant visa application with her civil documents. Also I'm confused about the DS260. It says in instructions that she should fill it out online but I also read that only certain applicants can fill it out online. Has the requirements for that changed? Hope someone can help me out here.

Is it a good idea to put the NVC Case #, Invoice Identification # and Beneficiary # on all the pages of the documents because we read somewhere that they lost somebody's documents and if those number were there then they would know who it belongs too.
