My question is about payment during the interview is it true? If so.. How much? I would really appreciate all your help. Thanks so much

What was the result of ur chest x-ray? Do u feel something strange before u went to ur medical?

My wife is from the Philippines so she will be going to Manila embassy. I want to be present on her interview I want to be there for her.

I'm just wondering if the petitioner can join the beneficiary during interview.

Are we required to call SLEC to get and appointment or do they accept walk in? If they require appointment can we do it online?

All Filipina married to Foreign Nationals need to get CFO certificate before they can apply/renew their passport. If you are from Luzon u can go to their office in Manila but if u are from visayas or Mindanao u can get it done in Cebu. It is only one day deal you have to be there early enough to get a slot since it's limited.

We already sent my wife's civil documents and we miss sending proof of bonafide marriage so I'm think I'll send it along with my AOS. do u think it's okay or not? I just really don't know what to do.

Hi VJ friends. I submitted my AOS and entered a wrong amount for one year. As a result NVC asked me to make the correction and submit a new AOS. My question is can I also submit evidence of my relationship with my wife like hotels receipts with our names, boarding passes and joint bank account? Help me please.. Thank u

Hi VJ friends. I'm confused of the wording on AOS part 3 Information on immigrant(s) You are sponsoring. I think I should check the box for yes for sponsoring the principle immigrant listed in part two but don't put 1 in the box at the end of part 3. Can u help me here thank you.

Helo VJ friends. I have a question about AOS. Do I count social security as income? If so I would add it to my gross income or not count it as income? PLEASE let me know so I can complete the AOS. THANK YOU.

I was surprise this morning when I get checklist from NVC asking my wife to send her passport biographic data page,Police certificate,divorce paper and our marriage Certificate because we sent them already and we include photocopies of all the docs we sent.

Hello VJ Friends early this morning we got a email from NVC and it's a checklist they ask the beneficiary to submit her civil documents which we already submitted like marriage certificate, NBI, passport biographic data page and termination of marriage. It's very confusing! My question is is it normal they send checklist? If anybody out there experienced this please give us some light.. Thanks so much..

Yes I do.. We communicate through FaceTime, iMessage and emails. When I was in the states I talk to her everyday. When the internet connection was bad I called her on her local number. My wife has insurance like SSS, philhealth etc. since she's from the Philippines and she put me as her beneficiaries. I hope I will have enough evidence to show.

Hello VJ friends My wife completed the DS260, the AOS had been submitted. I'm wondering if there is a immigrant visa bar code sheet that goes with her documents? If there is she or I haven't received one. We are now ready to submit her documents and need to know if we need that cover sheet. Thank you.

My wife already have her NBI (green) and she also has police certificate from the city she is living now.we just thought she needed a police certificate from the town she was born coz she lived there until she reached 20 because that's what her sister did before when she applied her Cr1 visa. What do u think guys are we good to go?

My wife tried to get a police certificate from the city where she was born and lived most of her life and they refused to give her one even though her famy still lives there. They said they won't give one coz she doesn't have a residence there. What should she do now?
