My wife arrived here January of this year and we are waiting for her greencard, her SSN arrived a week after POE.i alredy paid $165 back in October right after we received her visa I hope the green card will show up soon.

Hi VJ friends I have a questions for all of you guys and I hope you can help me. How long does it usually take for a 10 year green card to show up after arrival at the POE? is 10 year take longer than a 2 years green card? Thank you guys!!

Hello guys I am just wondering if it's normal that the plastic cover of the yellow envelope which is the visa packet has a little cut while retrieving the passport and also is it normal that the pages on the left side the yellow envelope are visible. Is it also normal that there are little bent on the edges of the packet? Just wondering if guys can give me clear picture about this visa packet. Your help and input guys are highly appreciated..

A lot of people here understand how u feel now.From our experience we check d CEAC a lot of times everyday but it took a while before they change it from AP to issued. My wife's interview october 16 and they gave her 221g cemar and NBI with aka, the NSO forwarded the cemar October 24 and my wife sent her NBI october 23 and she was under AP right after the interview and we saw that when they get the additional docs NBI and cemar they updated her case everyday and visa was issued October 31st and deliver the visa the day after..just hang in there and you will have urs soon..

Hello VJ friends specially Hanks hope you can help me guys understand. My wife get her visa last month and it will expire in February of next year. It's a Cr1 category since we are less than 2 years of marriage but we will 2 years next month december 20.my question is what if my wife get there on the 25th next month 5 days after our marriage turned 2 years does she get 2 year conditional green card or a ten years since that time we will more than 2 years of marriage.i need understanding on this please help everyone..thank you..

On my wife's we only put her college institution we didn't put her high school we already sent it it's too late. Would it be a big problem?

Hi VJ friends...I have a question about NBI and police certificate. How old can the NBI and police certificate be for the interview? Let's just say her interview is next month and her NBI and police cert issued let's say may 2014, what do u think?is it good to go or she need to get new one.
