Hello guys I got a checklist for AOS. But nothing was mention on it what the checklist was for.

I called NVC and they just put an request on it and told not to submit documents untill I receive email. She siad it might take 20-30 business days to get reply.

So my question is how long usually does it take for them to reply the request?

That really is strange. You probably need to speak to a supervisor and get this clarified.... Who knows your AOS package could be perfect and still a checklist could have been generated by mistake..... Else why would the checklist not specifically state what's required?

Seems to me like some pages were missing from your I-864, did you send in all 9 pages? Even if you did, perhaps NVC lost them. I think you should send in all pages of the I-864 again.

Yes I did send all pages. I thought that below msg is common when u get AOS checklist

Hey Guys got a checklist. but I called them 2 tiems and they cannot access my checklist or they cannot see what the checklist is for. One of the rep was just guessing that it might be Total income.

Is this happen before to anyone?

Got a checklist guys on AOS.. 6 13.a.1 for total Income. Instade of gross income I put adjusted income.

Just called and talked to Yvette, she said our case is complete, just waiting for the interview to be scheduled, and they are still scheduling for October interviews!!!!

Hi all, I just called and I didn't even get a busy signal! And then only 25 minutes on hold!

They also told me that my DS 261 was approved this weekend (September 6) and my IV fee should be unlocked any day. I submitted my DS 261 on July 28.

I was also going to ask a question about the fee increases but the agent on the line didn't know that the fees were even going up this week. Go figure.

If that is true.. Then they are working on saturday as well..

Im so excited... my fee has changed to N/A... going to call NVC now!

Scan dates:

14th July - FedEx delivered package

15th July - Scan date in 60 day email

17 July - Initial scan date quoted before 60 day email arrived

Those of you who have sent IV package please tell me where did you get the police certificate from? police station or passport office? can they accept the police certificate at the interview time? please help

I got it through Passport office. And got 2 Original.. So I sent one with IV package and kept one for Interview

Hi Guys! I finally got a case complete. Im a bit relieved since ive been here for many months. Last scan date was july 15th, just called an hour ago and spoke to Lee who confirmed my cc. The ceac portal never had my aos fee change from paid to n/a. They may have fixed that now.

I wanted to sincerely extend my regards and best wishes to everyone here and I hope you are reunited with your partners very soon.

The only case I know to have exceeded 60 days for a package review was Amanda4964's. I believe it was due to an internal error at NVC.

Right now they are reviewing packages scanned around July 11th and maybe as late at July 15th. They more or less work in received/scanned date order except when they don't or when they don't work at all... (tee-ing up AustinCanada with that last sentence).

For IV fees, I think a few people went over 60 days as well.

ohk.. so far just 1 person had gone over 60 days.. I hope so by next end of week many people will be getting update.. Mostly CC. Not mostly.. everyone should be getting CC.

Just got off the phone with Supervisor Octavio. He has pulled my file and reviewed my information and everything is in order and

CASE COMPLETE!!!!!!

Last document scanned 20th June (yes June!) and it was reviewed and filed without the reviewer sending either a checklist or completing the case.

But, now thankfully Octavio has completed our case and we are now waiting for our interview.

Great news.. Congrats to you and all others on their case complete

I just called NVC day before and they said my case was complete! Today I woke up to the best email I have ever received since a really long time, from NVC: "All documentation necessary to complete the National Visa Center's processing of your case has been received. As soon as an interview date has been scheduled, the applicant, petitioner and attorney (if applicable) will be notified."

So happy. Now the wait for an interview date begins.

Called today and they told me I have cc since yesterday.

Congrats... Finally was able to see CC today

The use the term "reviewing" from the date they scan your documents. They tell me I have documents in review since July 9th. I then ask, does that mean they have been physically allocated to an individual who is currently reviewing the documents, or does this mean that they are waiting to be allocated to someone for review. They then usually tell me it's waiting to be reviewed.

Just ask for clarification, then you will be told 60 days.
