I just called NVC.. Interview scheduled for 5th Jan 2015 @ Abu Dhabi Embassy

Our case complete was on 5th November 2014.

I swear I should call NVC and say "look Dwheels here just give me everyone on my spreadsheet waiting(See I have my own slots to fill) on interviews here's my list. Forget the rest of the world. I will let them know their dates. THANK YOU!!

I still have not received my confirmation email for my CC & it was November 12th also.

just got the email. The reason is I called last week and said to Rep. to send me the status of my case through email.

Email says NVC received your inquiry regarding....

You can do the same.. ask for status through email. you will receive email in a week

Just called NVC for Interview schedule.. They didnt yet started scheduling interview.

Well, we went to the embassy today for the interview and my husband was APPROVED!!!!!

We got there at 8:30 a.m. and were walking out the door at 12:30 p.m. Our appointment was for 9:30 a.m., lol. They didn't call us to turn in the medical results, etc. until around 10:30, and then the actual interview happened at like 12:15 and was so short it was actually shorter than the conversation my husband had with the woman when he went up to the window the first time. I went up there with him and hovered both times, and no one cared.

Okay, I'm gonna go update my timeline and write a really long and detailed embassy review before I forget everything (slept for maybe three hours last night due to nerves, so my mind isn't so sharp today).

Thank you to everyone at Visa Journey for all their help. I'm kind of delirious with joy and exhaustion right now.

My AOS status changed to N/A on Nov 18. NVC confirmed over phone that it's a case complete as on Nov 17. Today is my 8th day since case complete and I still have not received the official CC email yet. Is this something to be worried? Just a bit concerned. Can someone throw some light on this please.....

I am on the same page.. My case was completed on 12th Nov with N/A on website.. and still didnt received email..

It usually takes 7 days from CC date. You might want to call to double check why you have not received it yet.

I got my case complete on 11/12/2014. but still didnt get email saying that your case is complete.. How long does it take to receive email?

You should call NVC before Thanksgiving.. due to Holidays they probably will schedule before NOV 27.

They will schedule it automatically and let you know. They schedule at the end of the month and beginning of the month so you can give them a call about a week from now to check.

I got CC on 12th Nov. and now waiting for Interview to be schedule At Mumbai embassy.

Any of you have idea how long does it take to be schedule the interview or I need to call embassy for that?

Yes, I had Checklist on 09-10-2014. And scanned date and recevied date was 09-19-2014 for the checklist
