Okay the time has come to mail this bad boy (K-1 visa petition) in to Texas. I have a few questions before I mail it off. Please don't point me to the guides as I have read them already. Just want some easy questions answered.
So far I have everything tabbed and it looks like such....
Cover letter that states
Contents include:
- Payment in the amount of $ 170.00.
- I-129F
- I-129F Supplement: Part B, Question 18, explanation of meeting in person
- G-325A and passport style photo (Petitioner) -2x2 in a baggie taped to a piece of paper-
- G-325A and passport style photo (Beneficiary)-2x2 in a baggie taped to a piece of paper-
- additional page-Form G325A, Q: Employment last five years, Daniel Benoit
- Birth certificate (Petitioner)
- Letter certifying intent to marry (Petitioner and Beneficiary)-1 for each of us-
- Proof of having met in person in the past two years and ongoing relationship (includes emails -mostly from him, pictures of us together (5), copies of his bus tickets here (2 of them), A copy of a western union receipt in my email of the money I sent to him for his first bus ticket, a receipt from the post office of a package I sent to him.)
My questions are these. I know I need to sign the I-129F and supplement, all 4 pages of my G-325A, put my name on the back of my passport photo, sign my letter of intent to marry. He needs to sign his G-325A (all 4 pages), and his letter of intent to marry. Does he need to sign the additional page about his employment? What else do I need to do? Sign the birth certificate, any of the proof of our relationship? And am I missing anything else that you can think of?

Can someone tell me which is easier? Going ahead and getting married and getting the visa that goes along with this or waiting on a K-1 visa?

Posted this topic last week, but the post seems to have disappeared. So here I go again. My fiancee is 23 years old and did not realize that he needed to remember everywhere he has lived and worked for the past five years. *shaking head* LOL! He's lived at numerous addresses (with friends, with his parents, and on his own) and isn't sure he will be able to remember the addresses or the timeline of these addresses. He also isn't sure of his work history other than he's worked many many places. Is there someplace he can contact in Canada in order to get this history for the past five years? Also in regards to the police certificate, won't he be able to just get one that covers all of Canada or will he have to get a separate one for each place he has lived? Please help a desperate chic wanting to get this Visa stuff mailed off!!
