I have done three family immigration without lawyer.

You need to have a NVC case number starts with something like BMBxxxx and invoice id number which is generally eight digit.

Basically I think is is just money grabbing scheme. Each person have to pay Rs10,000 for that test and they does 10-20 test daily.

Now a days they just cancels's your interview date and you will have to wait for two month then if you do not have TB they will issue another interview date. i.e you now have to wait for 3 more month.

Number one thing I found on this is that you have not yet divorce him. DO it asap.

That is not how it works. Court has to serve you paper at your home.

Best course of action is forget him and move on like other say.

But you must hire a lawyer as by his action I am assuming that he must have took money out either in big chunk or slowly.

Yes he can proceed with his interview together with their son. They can also travel to the US together ahead of his wife or they can wait until her visa is issued, provided its not beyond the expiry date of their (father and son's) visas.

Dr said 99.99% it is nothing as it is tiny dot, but we need to check it.

They will tell you exactly what you are missing.

Tell them you have fill out all and send three time but do not know what is going on. 99% of the time they are very helpfull.

i am very confused.m happy if please anyone help me. my case is open now and ready for filling ds-261.but i am over 21. my age is 24+.and my brother age is 22+.the gap between filled and approved date is only 1 years.so as per CSPA, i can get only one year benefit.

anyone heard that like someone got visa over CSPA age. please share with me if anyone heard.

There is a law and if you are not following under CSPA you will not get visa.

When was your PD (priority date) when was file approve get all the date and find a CSPA calculator on google.

Enter all date and you will see if you are approve or not.

Alpesh please type full english as not all the people in forum are from Gujarat. If you type everything in full someone else can elaborate on your case as well.

PD means Priority date. this date is somewhere around when your petitioner file the I130.

COA means choice of agent

IL means interview letter

I just send them print copy from turbo-tax for all three years and they didn't ask for anything else.

It is easy to do. call them talk in broken english and they will find interpreter.

Just move with your life. we know it is hard to do but that is only option at this time.

I lost my mom's original paper back in 1998. I send original as stated in I130 at that time. ( it got canceled because my brother got married, and mom become citizen)

But never got it back after filling out two-three different form to get that back. Three visit to infopass.

I give up and got new one.

EVERYONE who ever stumble across this thread DO NOT send them original.

Even they told me all three time when I went personally there that never send original at the beginning until unless they ask for it.

I did submit i864 and it approved it. We file joint but I was the petitioner and had enough income without adding wife's income.

in sort if you are the petitioner and have enough income you don't have to fill anything else.
