Yes it is normal... I think the current wait time for vermont filers is 12-13 months.

Ok Started a new thread for USCIS i751 April 2016 filers

I see movement and approvals for vermont filers - in feb 2016

February is now moving.. some few approvals coming in

Hey all. I don't know if this will help anyone.

I filed my I 751 February 10 2016 at VSC. I sent in my request for an expedite August 24th and uscis responded the next day to send in paper work to support my expedite. I did the next day.

I got an approval today ?

Just to clarify - you filed from Nevada in the Vermont Center?

How do you file to expedite?

For Vermont filers - we need to wait AT LEAST 10-12 months for movement.
So Jan-Feb we should expect something for Vermontees!
