  1. thank you all! i just checked the ceac website, its only 9 am and a day after the interview and it says :

    Administrative Processing
Your visa case is currently undergoing necessary administrative processing. This processing can take several weeks. Please follow any instructions provided by the Consular Officer at the time of your interview. If further information is needed, you will be contacted. If your visa application is approved, it will be processed and mailed/available within two business days.
does this mean there can be trouble or is this normal? i also dont wanna wait weeks lol
  2. I guess I am confused, because I do not remember reading where the Beneficiary had to complete I-134 form, from everything I have read it is the sponsor who is required to complete this form

You are right, and that is what i meant - i had to show them an I-134 of my sponsor. Sorry if i didnt make that clear! The reason i said that i didnt have to provide an I134 filled by my fiance was because i presented them the form filled by my fiance's sister, my co-sponsor.

  3. Congrats! So, how long do you have to wait for your visa? May I ask what kind of questions did they ask about your fiancé and your relationship?

she said between 2 and 4 days, so ill have it next week. and she asked about how old my fiance was, how did we meet, what do i like about him, when am i planning to go, do i like his family, what do my parents think about me leaving, what kind of forum did we meet at, where does my fiance work, do i work, did i meet him in real life during my exchange program years, does he live by himself or with parents, etc

  4. hi guys...so...i did get approved!!!! which is still a little of a shock, the good kind. everything went well but it wasn't at all what i expected....i've got a huge folder full of documents and relationship proof in it but the only thing they wanted were stuff like my photographs, police certificate, birth certificate and medical envelope AND an I-134. nothing else. not even an I-134 filled by my fiance, one is all they needed. didn't even ask me to show them my co-sponsor's work letter or tax transcript, nothing, they didn't want any actual evidence of her income...guess they just believed what was on the I-134 form. Or maybe i was so convincing, lol. I don't know, I knew this embassy in Warsaw was laid back and not that hard to "conquer" but i didn't expect it to be this way....all they did was ask a lot of questions about me, my exchange years in America and my fiance. Thank you all for your help because i wouldn't have made it without you, lol

  5. If it applies to you, how about the following.....

    - receipts from restaurants you both went to dine.

    - phone call history

    - receipts for gifts you've bought each other.

that would be nice, but....we don't call each other other than on facebook (there's a way to call a person on fb), we didn't keep any receipts...not from these kinda things at least

  6. hi guys...after such a long wait with our petition being lost and all, tomorrow is finally the day that i will know what my future will be like, or at least where it will be! I am excited but nervous and i am surely going to be stressed out. I am not too good at keeping myself cool lol so I just hope that i don't seem too nervous to them! but yeah...i've got all the required documents and when it comes to the evidence of the relationship, i've got:

    - about 25 photographs including a photo of me with his mom and sister and a photo of me and his uncle

    - several cards we sent to each other/gave to each other

    - the orginal boarding passes from my trips to America

    - the receipt from a hotel stay that we stayed at on my bday while i was there

and i am thinking what else i should include...i am going to screenshot some parts of the convos from facebook.

    now my question is,

i don't want to screenshot the whole convo because when we talk daily it's for hours...and that would take forever to do. can i just screenshot some parts of a few conversations? would that be good enough? also, how many screenshots should i take?

otherwise, am i good to go?

  7. If the only petition made for you is your current I-129F petition, the answer is NO. Because K-1 is categorized as a non-immigrant visa.

If you got the vaccinations during your medical, then its a YES. If not, then No. Doesn't really matter much since they will have your medical records come interview day.

i checked yes in the vaccinations thing...already signed and confirmed and printed out the ds160 confrimation page..no going back now. i didnt get any vaccinations during the medical but the doctor lady also told me that no vaccinations were missing. i got some back in 2009 when i was going to america for the very first time as an exchange student

  8. i found the answer to this one but idk what to answer in "do you have documentation to establish that you have received vaccinations in accordance with the US law?"

do i answer yes or no? if i check "no" it asks to explain.

i dont know what to put...i do have my vaccination records, both on my orginal one and on the form that the doc filled out when i went to get the medical stuff done for the visa.

i also received some vaccitions back in 2009 when i was leaving for my exchange year in America cuz i guess they required some of them that i didnt have, and that's all documented but i still dont know what to say because maybe i dont have all the vaccinations that the US law requires??

  9. hi all, im filling the ds160 form and its asking me "Has anyone ever filed an immigrant petition on your behalf with the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services? "

so i have to answer "yes" and write that my USC fiance has filed for a k1 visa for me? or how do i put it so it's right, or am i wrong all together

  10. dad went to his bank's website and made the payment, but then i saw that the ustraveldocs asked me for a "receipt number" and i cant proceed without typing it in it seems

Yes..he did it thru online transfer thing...there were several ways to do it, this one required that my dad goes to his bank's website and make a online payment from there.

Online Banking Funds Transfer Instructions -

    • You may pay your MRV Fee using your online bank account. Your bank may apply charges to your account for EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) transactions.
    • Enter the beneficiary details as shown above into your online banking transfer form. Put your personal CGI Reference Number in the field, "Purpose of Transfer", if not the payment cannot be allocated to you. Do not alter the CGI Reference number or include any other information. If you do not include the CGI Reference, your payment will not be recognized.

i just need to know if the receipt nr is the same as CGI number, or if it's something else cuz if it is, i need to know how to get it.

  11. If you did a bank transfer, then it appears the CGI is what you need >

    2. Make only one payment per CGI Reference number as the payment is non-refundable. It is critical that you keep the CGI Reference number that you use to make your online bank transfer. You must have this number as proof of payment in order to schedule your visa interview appointment. It is the applicant's responsibility to save this number.

~ Moved from K-1 Process to Europe regional - topic specific to paying and scheduling for Poland ~

i hope you are right! cuz i was so worried that something went wrong with the payment, thought i needed some receipt nr from the bank. thank you!! tho i will call the infoline tomorrow just to make sure.
