I believe you only need to take the vaccination records however if you answer yes to any of the questions on the questionnaire it would be beneficial to take your medical records as it may prevent delays (i.e Knightsbridge doctor needing further information on a medical condition you have.)
I would also recommend getting the full medical records anyway as when your fiancé moves to the US his new Dr may want to see them.

I had my interview at the US Embassy London today and was approved. Would just like to take the time to write a huge thank you to this whole community especially those who took the time to answer any queries that myself or my Fianceé may have asked.

They'll put a card through your door so you can arrange a redelivery, either to the same address or a work address. Or yes, you can go an pick it up from the DX location. I think they'll try to deliver a couple of times but, after that, it'll be returned to the Embassy.

The letters have been arriving just fine lately. That seemed to be a short lived problem I haven't hear any complaints about in months. If they happen to give out a short notice appointment, they email or telephone, ie "can you be here tomorrow?" Or a recent person got a 2 day notice via email.Go read the UK forum. Talked about often in various threads.

Do you check the ceac website? Put in your case number and you will see the date with the most recent update on your case.
I was checking daily, hourly even, and literally the day after my Case Status was updated, I received Packet 3 in the mail, and the exact same thing happened for my interview date. Keep checking and when you see the date has updated, you will know they have sent you something and you will receive it the next day or the day after, depending on where you are. They send it first class.

My wife and I did not have any issues with receiving the letters. They were quick and spot on. You will just have to wait you should hear something within the 6 weeks. For us it was like 2 weeks.

This is very good advice. My Fianceé and I watch Movies/TV Shows all the time over Skype, she counts to 3 and we both hit play at the same time. We also like to sleep on Skype together (it's not everyone's thing) but for us it gives us a real sense of being there for one another every night no matter our distance.
Anything that you both feel would help to "close" the distance will make this emotional roller-coaster of a process that much easier to get through.
