They should sent you a confirmation to your email stating the date and time for your interview and appointment confirmation. You will not find that on the website so it will be a waste of time looking at the website for interview appointment.

I sent my AOS package and got NOA1 via text and email stating that my application has been accepted. They told me in the message that I will get my official copy between 7-10 days and my application was forwarded to NBC for processing. Thanks for the reply. I feel at ease right now

I send my in on the 18 and got noa1 via text msg and email yesterday. They said my receipt will arrive in 7-10 days.

I told the Custom and Border Officer that I was entering for a week that's when he wrote on my I-94 stay limited and no extension or I-539. He Also saw my round trip ticket.

I came here on a B1/B2 visa with no intention to stay. At the port of entry, the Custom and border officer stated on my I-94, "NO I-539 or extension. After entering, I changed my mind and decide to stay. I am happily married to my loving wife and we filed my AOS. I still have copy of my itinerary which I was to use to return back home but didn't use it because I change my mind to stay. Can this affect my AOS? I got NOA that my application has been accepted and I will receive a hard copy of my receipt in 7-10 days. Also, they said my application has been routed to NBC for processing. I am just worried because I can't see myself leaving my family right now. Any advice will be appreciated

I just ratified the error and I am all set to send it back in on Monday. I only had mistake on a single form but I have corrected it. I don't know how long it is going to take after I resubmit on Monday to get NOA2. Any idea regarding getting NOA after re submission? It took me a week to receive NOA but I don't whether it will delay when I resubmit on Monday

I received a notice from USCIS stating that my application is rejected because I didn't sign where i supposed to sign on a particular form. My package was returned along with the rest of the forms. They asked me to make the correction and resubmit the package. My question is, Should I just correct the mistake on the form that had the error or should I do a new application package and resubmit it. You respond will be highly appreciated.

No he doesn't have a job offer yet but also want to explore that option as well

He wants tp study computer programming. Is there also no other option aside from schooling? If he gets a job offer, can he also get an H1 visa? I am curious to know the various options that are available so I can either tell him to stay or go back home. Thanks for the reply y'all

My relative came here on a tourist B1/B2 visa. Is there anyway he can change from B1/B2 visit to another visa since indeed he has six months of authorized stay in the USA? Also, what visa would you prefer if we decide to follow such path?

The check was staple to the cover letter and it was the full amount. The only mistake was to place the cover lett under instead of over. Also, all the forms wall had fasteners separating them. I am eager to know if there will be any problem with the arrangement that's all

I filed my AOS package but unfortunately, I didn't arrange the document as mentioned in the cover letter. I was in haste and accidentally placed the cover letter under instead of being over. Will this result to denial of my application?

You will need to go to whoever did your immunization to get a copy but also, if it is more than one year, you might need to get new immunization done.
