Hello again Vjers!

I will be changing my last name and my civil status on all my identification cards including my passport, now the thing is on our I-130 package (G325A and Marriage certificate) has my maiden signature.

My question is, will I be questioned if they see two different signatures (my maiden and married name signatures)?

I have a lot of trepidations on this matter, I hope someone can enlighten me.

I have a question regarding the medical examination in St.Lukes Manila, do I need to have all of these vaccines:

1. Acellular pertussis
2. Hepatitis A
3. Hepatitis B
4. Human papillomavirus (HPV)
5. Influenza
6. Influenza type b (Hib)
7. Measles
8. Meningococcal
9. Mumps
10. Pneumococcal
11. Pertussis
12. Polio
13. Rotovirus
14. Tetanus and diphtheria toxoids
15. Varicella
16. Zoster

or the panel physician will just give me what I need? As to vaccine records, I don't remember anything about it.

Please enlighten me with this matter, cause they said the medical examination is for 2 days, can you possibly inoculate all 16 in one day? I don't know but that sounds so direful.

We are in the process of sending out our I-130 package.

The place where I'm from is from the Philippines,specifically Leyte and we have been terribly affected by the typhoon Haiyan, I've heard in the news that USCIS is extending a relief effort to expedite requests from the affected region/s. How can we request for an expedite request and where should be put it? Do you need further evidences?
