My priority date is May 31st,2013 how long it will take stupid Nebraska center to approve my case. I was transfered from National benefit center on Dec 18th, 2013 but as of today no approval notice. I am really tired of contacting bull ###### customer service they give me the same information which i already know. I dont know why Nebraska center is taking so much time I am seeing Texas and California are way ahead.

My pd is may 6th && I was transferred dec 6 ..&&' still nothing ! I don't know if TSC is even working or not!

Another day - no news of WHAT IN THE WORLD TSC is doing.. Well all we can do is pray... saw my husband last march.. Almost a year. missed his birthday . He missed mine & we will miss our anniversary too.. sadly no news .. -sigh-

I just booked a flight for the end of March to go see my husband. I was supposed to wait til April but the tickets are $1000 in April. I had enough miles to get a free ticket for March. SIGH ... I miss him so much. We are arguing alot and I really think its because of the distance. I feel extremely bad for the waiting . The lawyer told us 6 months when we first filed. its already double that and still we haven't heard anything. Only lies from everyone I call. We still have a waiver to file. I can't take this process anymore. I feel terrible that it is taking so long. Its been a rough couple of days for me

I am writing in regards to my case that is still in initial review. It has been almost a year and I want to know what is going on with my case. I am not happy that I have not received any notification and I am not contacted with news about anything. It has been almost one year and I can not be with my husband, I am here by myself and he is in pakistan. I must have knee surgery and I need my husband with me. I will not be able to work, and I need someone to take care of me while I am recovering.

I know that more information on my case will be required, as I did not send in my financial support documents. I make well over the required ammount and he will not become a burden on this country. We just want to live like a normal husband and wife, together.

I am extremely fustrated at the length of time this is taking. When I cal I am not told anything, just the usual things that I can see on the web site. If this is going to take any longer, I am going to start calling the media and making as much of a fuss about this as I can

I could not go to college this year because i did not get enough financial aid and i thought maybe it would be ok cause i thot maybe my husband will be here by than but noo.. i got transferred to TSC on december 6th and our 60 days were over on feb 6th but still no news of anything.. this is horrible!

I sadly got transferred to Texas.. Which seems like they don't rlly do any work at all.. *sigh* *tears* this is so painful being away from my husband... why is it taking so long..?? & why is the website down? I can't even check my case... this is horrible

I called as well & they were giving in-useful info like oh ur case is in normal processing times you cannot do anything but wait blah blah.. like noo we were given a notice to receive a decision within 60 days and there's nothing

To NSC .. yeah at this point it's getting more difficult. Our ine year anniversary is in two months ! Inshalla we'll hear some good news soon n you will be in my prayers as well.

My one year wedding anniversary will be next month 27th of March & sadly ill b without him :'(

looks like tsc stop approved any may filers 2013 last approval was 1/24/2014 it looks like they stop working there

I filed for my husband whos in pakistan in may 2013.. i got a transfer notice 7 months later on dec 6th saying that i was transferred to texas service center and tht if i didnt get a decision within 60 days to call customer service.. my 60 days were over on feb 6th 2014. and today it is feb 19 - about 12 days over my 60 days.. when i calll customer service they told me that texas service center is currently working on cases filed in march 2013 and that i have to wait 2 and a half months or more...... i dont understand the meaning of this.. why the transfer within 60 days than? (I'm a US citizen btw)

i dont know at this point what to do at all.. this is just torture all i do is cry cryy
