I got this reply from uscis today, I can't believe I have to wait 45 more days ..... For a decision which I doubt they'll only take that long #helpless

I begged for the K3 but they closed it a day after it got there. I only wanted the K3 because I didn't want to wait 4 more months at the NVC. But my I-130 has been moving so fast. There are some December and January approvals who are still there on the same step as me.. It is so sad how this process is so screwed up.

I didn't get an approval yet but how did Ur case move so fast after Ur approval? There's so many people still waiting for a case number for 1.5-2 months . How'd u do it?

SCOPSSCATA is the service higher than others Service Center. I emailed them twice, never got response from them. Instead, they forwarded the emails to Service Center where processing your case (NSC for me) with the note : "For resolution and respone, thanks". NSC responsed to me with the resolution is the same as I emailed to NSC. As you can see below.

It was been 11 months and 9 days since I filed and still no approval ... I'm not gonna bother checking my case now. This is unbelivably unfair! It's almost a year now and I still haven't gotten an approval... :'( I can't believe this :'(

Have you two e-mailed SCPOSSCATA@dhv.gov at all? Worth bearing in mind, keep e-mailing them stating your case..!

ME TOO last week I got email saying my i130 transferred to my local field office and yesterday I got hard copy saying that my i130 transferred to SAN JUAN FIELD OFFICE WHICH MAKE NO SPENCE THIS OFFICE Is in Puerto Rico and I am in COLORADO:'(:'(:'(:'(:'(

The last update I got was that my case was transferred to Texas after that NO status change .....this is so unfair why are we being tested so badly for our patience

Yes, someone tell me just file K3. But I thought the K3 just 2,3 months early than I-130 so I ignored that. If I know processing times took too long like this, I should file K3 in the beginning. The first step in USCIS took us living apart for 10 months and 12 days. Now in NVC it taking at least 5 months to complete and interview. I cant wait my wife and my little son to be reunited. I miss them so much

Thanks, one of my friends just told me I should of filed a k3 !but I didn't? All I filed was an I-130... Been waiting for 11 months & 5 days... Is this torture ever going to end??

Good u finally recieved a reply from him let's see if it's brings u any good. He responded to me last Tuesday. Yet to hear something good.

In shaa Allah!! Allah will help us sister . You are in my duas ! Hopefully we will over come this hardship. I don't know if his reply will do anything but I hope it helps.

Trust me we r in the same boat.

But now I have stopped feeling And crying about it. My emotions have gone down. I don't even think about it anymore nor check my status regularly. As If I know it will be the same. No excitement left whatsoever.

i am sure you will get yours next week and i am not lucky as you think i been deported from USA in 2003 for 10 years all my kids are us citizen we live a part my son in USA my other two daughters with me in my country he complete the 21 by the time i done the 10 years bars i wish next step goes easy to get the whole family unit

i am may 7 2013 filer transferred to tsc 12/6/2013

Believe me u are lucky . I filed may 6 2013 and transfer to tsc on Dec 6 still no approval

I have no idea Shama. Sometimes it takes longer when the male beneficiary is in Pakistan. But in my case even that's not the case. My Husband is USC. Our first marriage for both. It's a total simple case. I have no idea why they r holding it up.

Nope, I'm the petitioner I'm a USC. My husband's in Pakistan ... service request didn't work for me so they put in an expedite request n than got a response saying they're doing background security checks.... don't know how much longer I can possible wait my patience is being t a step to the limit
