After 6 months and 2 weeks and contact to senators and multiple emails to congressman (who was so patient with me) we finally got our NOA-2!! Just got the email!!! Ahhhh i still can't believe it but there...
Good luck to the rest of my jan filers still waiting, hope u can be in disbelief very soon with a great news of that NOA2!!

Congressman finally got through to TSC they are telling him to now tell me to send 2 passport pics and last page of i129f application humm how weird and random... Will see what comes out of this...?

So USCIS UPDATED THE WEBSITE and as of July 8th, TSC says they are processing December 17th now', so no more 5 months processing time, This now legitimately says they are behind oh boy!

Yea I was wondering the same thing about getting help from the senators from here on. The December 17th is probably a way to finally stop getting bugged.Now people can't complain that the website says 5 months oh well I'm so fed up with all this man!!!
