    Get on the google
    https://www.govtrack.us/congress/members/FL
    Maybe that helps.
    Yeah.
    Agreed.
    I'm so mad.
We follow the rules and go through the process, pay lots of money, but get inferior treatment to those people who entered this country illegally.
    Such #######.

You're New York. Call Sen. Gillibrand. They will help you @ 5months. GO here http://www.gillibrand.senate.gov/services/casework/ and fill out the Immigration Privacy Release form and fax it in. Her office was so helpful to me and was super responsive!

    Ok. Sorry re: multiple posts.
I caved and contacted my congresswoman. (PS Any NYS residents with issues, call Sen. Gillibrand's office they are so nice!).
Not sure if this has been covered, but all I did was call her office directly. Her staff asked me a few quick questions and all they ask you to do is fill out a form, fax it in with a copy of NOA1 et voila, they will send out the beacon.
Let's see if they get back to them with better information that they'll give me!

So when I called, the customer service people said that they don't actually get updated information except every month. SO the December 3 date was as of June 3, which was over 3 weeks ago. They seem to be processing 5.5-6 months out. I don't think the lower-level customer service people (who aren't at the service center and have no idea what's actually happening) can do anything until well after they receive updated information from the service center.
Slow gov't bureaucracy but it could be worse I guess!
I'm at 5 months and 3 days today. Here's hoping I hear something today or next week!

AHH! Tonester we have the same NOA1 date. I think next week or the following week (Since next Friday is a holiday) we should hear something. It's sounding like *most* people are hearing from USCIS at 5 months and 1-3 weeks.

    Hey guys!
I just called USCIS customer service because today marks 5 months and 1 day since my NOA1 and wedding planning is making me batty.
The girl I talked to was really nice.
I did get some similar information to what y'all have been saying over the past few weeks; she said that as of June 3 they were processing December 5, 2013 applications. I told her that I was aware that customer service had been saying this for several weeks now, and asked if they only worked on I129-F's one day a month, or how accurate was the information. She said that the service centers don't update the "currently processing" dates regularly; just around the first week of the month. SOOO. For us January folks, if we don't hear by say July 7 or so, it would be fair game to call and ask again at that point.
Anyway. If that doesn't help me with anything, I'm going to see if my elected officials can help but I'm really questioning if it's actually helpful to have them attempt to intervene. I think USCIS does whatever the eff they want, when they want to do it.
So. If I don't hear by July 7 at end of business, I'm going to contact Sen. Gillibrand's office (and Rep. Slaughter- my representative here in Rochester, apparently she can also provide assistance with immigration ####### - or so her website says).
Glad to see some fellow New Yorkers on here!

Yes dear but you're from the Philippines.... they are expediting petitions from your country. The rest of us have to wait the 5+ months.

If your NOA1 was last month, get ready to wait until August or so 5 months is the USCIS average processing time. Sit back, relax, and don't worry too much. That's what I keep telling myself! I'm a January filer. I'll start getting antsy if I don't hear anything by the end of June.

Yeah. It's been like 6 months, it's about time they put that cow to pasture as it should have stopped being milked about half that amount of time ago.
