I asked if I was here because I may have a criminal record? He said no. I told him I got my appointment 2 weeks after I filed and he said Wow!

I got 2 pages. 1 was the appointment info. And the second page was a form. Asking for height weight gender ect. 

I'm the petitioner. I filed spouse visa on 2.12.24. My Bio appointment is in Phx AZ 3.22.24. 

What is biometrics? I have a meeting Friday. What to expect? Should I fill out the form before or during?

I filed. I'm thinking her visa interview then visa issue then plane ticket?. Does she need to file anything on her end? Does she need a police report saying she is not a wanted felon? Does the interview get scheduled now soon, or months down the road when it's ready to be issued?

I'm filling out the app. It says not to show a name change unless we have court records of the change. She wants to use my last name. Is there a court to go to that she can change her? Are the wedding records in her province good enough for the US paperwork. What name should she use for her passport. 

Im a US Citizen born in OH. Going to get married in the Philippines. March 3 weeks. When I was shopping for plane tickets one travel agent said I need a Visa. But I bought the ticket through Expedia. Expedia is not saying I need a Visa. I checked the US Philippines website, it looks like I don't need a Visa Since I am not entering more than once, and going for TOURIST?

Please understand that this sounds at face value extremely unusual if not unbelievable. I am not saying you are being scammed, and most times when you warn someone that they are or may be getting scammed they go straight into defense mode. I just ask that you think about it. Do some digging, and most of all do not except excuses if you ask. Also do not be made to feel guilty for asking hard questions.

I think I am being scammed, almost a day hasn't gone by without a money request. 3 months. But I've seen scams and she had pictures, and.... Well. A surgery, she shoed me body parts that needed surgery, a Typhoon, and I verified there was a typhon. A Grandfather died, and she sent me a picture of her standing next to a very old dead person in a coffin. She said she got a hernias', and showed me Invoices, Her Dad got in a motorcycle accident, and they would stich him up till I paid for that, after she sent me pics of his head stitched up, then He needed restitched, and I could come up with the money fast enough and she said he died. She sent me more coffin pics, I paid half, and she said she promised to pay the other half in 48 hours, but I could come up with the money in 48 hours. It took 5 days And after 48 hours she sent me pictures of her at a police station, and they held here for 48 hours till I paid the other half of the debt. I paid and they let her go. She showed me pictures of the motorcycle and it was totaled. So I believe her. And now we are working on her Roofless house from the typhoon, she showed me pics of a house with no roof, I paid for the materials she said they installed it, but every picture she shows me is not of a house with a new roof. I risked calling her out, and she said she is not that type of person. She did not get mad a flea, I said no more money till after we get married, she agreed. lol  ugh

She borrowed money. She did not loan money.

She borrowed money for her Dads funeral, and told the friend that loaned her the money that she would pay it back in 2 days, but she could not get it in 2 days. I guess the person reported her to the police, and they wrote her up, and held her for 2 more days. Then we got the money and she was released. Is this a crime that we have to report in our Visa request? And which Visa doI need if we get married first in the Philippines? I am thinking of using a Lawyer, any recommendations in Chandler Arizona?

We are mot married. Filling K-1 soon. Want to have the baby in the Philippines. I am in AZ. Search web for acknowledgment letter of birth. I may have found a form petition of paternity? Found info on CRBA. Still looking through thgose docs. Got turned down by a doc prep company to do it for me. And got turned down by a Bonded guy, Only does Gov docs.

We made a baby in April. Going to have HIM in January. I need to do an acknowledgement letter but cant find the wording or a form. Or a company that will do it. I will call a lawyer Monday, but???

I am very worried about the cost here as opposed to there. If the baby is born there I fear that he/she will have to get a visa too and then apply to be a US citizen. Will he/she have to get a green card? I thought only people born in the US are US citizens. I am more afraid Donald trump will think his birth certificate is fake. lol he/she wont be able to run for President. lol

Will there be any problems if we got pregnant on my visit. When I file the Fiancé Visa.

Does anyone know what the minimum income is. And is it for the three years. I heard that if I don't make enough I can get a sponsor is that true? Does the sponsor have to be a family member?}

We are lucky to have found this web site before we get started. We are herring it's 18 months for a K3 visa. SO we were thinking K1. Going to meet her in march. Starting paperwork when I get back. Was thinking then getting married in the Philippines so she could do it in front of her family. But I am thinking that might mess things up? Cant really talk to anyone for the government. Did ask a lawyer a few questions, but the free questions are running out. lol. It says the wait times are 5 months for K! or K3. but have not really seen any timelines on this site yet that says 5 months for either. Can you tell me which way you guys went? K1 K3. How much harder is a K3. My lawyer charges $1000 for a K1 and $2500 for a K3. was thinking about doing it myself. Can you tell me your story, did you use a lawyer or do it yourself. There was an ad on this website for like $150 to maybe just fill out the paperwork. The paperwork looks easy. Got it off the government web site. Actually visited out Phoenix office. Should I choose California or Texas? looks like they don't process it here in Arizona. Doe anybody think it's a bad idea to file a K1, then while waiting get married in the Philippines. We want to be together as soon as possible. SO I had an idea if K3 is same time as a K! then marry in front of a judge in Singapore (that's were she is working on a work visa) come back and file a K3, then go back for a month a give her dream wedding in the Philippines, in front of her Roman Catholic family. Then getting the visa, then making sure it's all good with the government and getting married again in the states maybe. in front of a judge, not sure if a Philippines wedding will hold up here in the US for like taxes or something important in the future? lol worry too much?
