Yes I did and I saw this email sitting in my inbox today from USCIS!
Thanks! Hopefully I'll see one soon too!
-
Still no sign of Biometric, got an email reponse from USCIS for my ticket though:
#The status of this service request is:
On 06/24/2016, you or your representative contacted USCIS concerning your Form I-751 to tell us that you have not yet received your appointment notice to have your biometric images processed at the Application Support Center (ASC). Below is a summary of what we found and how the issue has been or may be resolved.
We are unfortunately experiencing a longer processing period than what is reflected on your Form I-751 Receipt Notice. Please know that your name has been electronically added to the appointment scheduler. You will receive an ASC appointment notice, by mail, once an appointment date has been established for you.
We hope this information is helpful to you. #
Hey NG, when did you call to open your case inquiry? I called after the 30 days but have not received even an email.
-
Finally got her biometrics letter, and did it early, as walk in.
That's good news, finally it's starting to move along for some of the CSC's left behind!
-
So I decided to go ahead and call USCIS, the service rep was really nice and since my receipt notice was over 30 days she was going to open a case inquiry, since my biometrics had already been scheduled. She asked for some information and gave me a confirmation number, saying that I should be receiving something in the mail soon - and if I don't hear back from them in 30 days to call again.
I would encourage people who have not received their biometrics letter to call in, seems like they have been scheduling them but a lot of people are missing the letters. Ugh

Oh Andreia I am so sorry to hear that! Don't you worry, it's just a couple of days. Best of luck!

Where are the biometric letters for CSC!?
This wait is making me anxious.
-
I included front copies of both joint cards, although they showed different numbers - I also sent the bank statements so they can see they belong to the same joint account.
-
NOA1 received today (probably yesterday I couldn't check my mail) yippeeeeee
Dated "craftily" on 5/18/16
Keeping my eyes out for biometrics appointment letter.

Our payment is finally in the Pending transactions (exactly 1 week after they received the package), should go through anytime now.

Did any of you attached a G1145 to get email/text notifications? I knew I forgot to attach something...
From the USCIS webpage regarding G1145:
This service is only available for forms filed at our three Lockbox facilities located in Lewisville, Texas; Chicago, Illinois; and Phoenix, Arizona.
I had mine ready to go but I noticed that it wouldn't work since I was sending to CSC.

Package has been sent today, I asked the USPS guy to certify my package, but he asked if I needed a signature to which I said no (I had read that sometimes asking for signature delayed the delivery for a couple of days). Then he saw what I was sending and said I NEEDED the signature, so certified it anyway. Hopefully it will be delivered in two days like it's supposed to.
Anyhoo... adrenaline is rushing now!!!! Good luck my fellow May filers!

I can think of making Wills and/or Medical Powers of Attorney, apparently pretty heavy evidence-wise, although I don't see the need since your other evidence is pretty strong.
-
Looking good NG! Let us know how it goes, good luck!
-
no, you guys failed to understand my point.
Which was to encourage someone to stay in an abusive relationship?
-
Good list, I wish you luck!
-
I agree, if you could include at least samples of your joint account bank statements (if not all) spanning the 2 years, it would consolidate your list even more. If you are having a hard time with signed affidavits, you could also present Wills/Testament and Medical Power of Attorney documents - these I think carry a lot of weight on this process. Best of luck!!!
-
It makes sense that they would want to see the accounts to determine they're joint, I will just send it in with the tracking option for better security
-
I'd do tracking for the parcel when sending. Other than that it's literally paranoia speaking (ok, i think i'm misusing the word 'literally' here but anyway).
Sending documents like that always opens possibility for identity theft and whatnot should they fall into wrong hands, doesn't it? So just make the sending as secure as possible. I always try to minimize exposure when possible. Credit card numbers are not required for the application, so why show them? I'm already showing my SSN and feeling uncomfortable about that, too.
You are so right Holly, thanks! I will be sending my package with tracking. I think I'm sending to the California Service Center, and I'm under the impression that since it is a PO Box I HAVE to use USPS which I usually avoid at all costs.
-
Your evidence is looking great. Good luck!!
-
i'd black out parts of credit card numbers, account numbers and such (but that's just cause i'm paranoid).
It's the first time I hear about this... is there any danger in sending all our info???
-
Hello fellow VJers! I am preparing to ROC next month, and I'm finally putting together this package. I wanted to post a list of the items I will be sending in, to get your perspective about it, while I still have time to find something I might be missing.
-Copies of passport and green card Petitioner
-Copy of IRS Tax transcripts for 2014/2015 filed jointly.
-Copy DLs, showing same address.
-Copy several car insurance notices/ID cards
-Copy of Vehicle Finance Charges showing joint ownership and several payments
-Copy of 2013-2014 Lease, 2015-2015 Lease showing both as tenants
-Copy of Last Wills/Testaments & Medical Powers of Attorney (leaving each other as beneficiary/agent)
-Copy of ALL bank statements from bank accounts for the last 2 years. 1 belonging to petitioner (where both paychecks are deposited) 1 joint (which USC uses most, getting transfers from 1st account) and 1 credit belonging to petitioner (where some bills are paid from).
-Copy of physical joint bank cards
-Copy of Employment emergency contact naming each other
-Copy of USC's Employment basic life insurance naming petitioner as beneficiary.
-Copy of several mail items and bills showing our names and address (some social invitations, mostly bills/payments, big purchases showing address for shipping)
-Copy of hotel reservations for 3 different trips (online reservations)
-Copy of flight/boarding passes/passport stamps for international trip.
-Copy of airline/hotel reservations for a future planned trip.
What do you think? Also... I printed out most of the evidence (statements, bills, etc) double-sided to keep the package compact, do you think this will become a problem?
Do you think I should include an explanation as to why I am sending 3 bank accounts (even though 2 belong to petitioner only) and how we use them?
Thanks in advance!

Why on Earth would you want to go back with this woman?
