Yeah so I got all my package back, rejected for using an outdated application form. So... check your stuff before you send it guys. Going to try and re-file tomorrow....
Am I a June filer now??? Waaaah.

I wouldn't worry about it. As soon as you get NOA you can sign up online to get all your updates. I'm still waiting, no check cashed, no NOA and no updates. Good luck!!

I sent my overnight and I checked the tracking number and knew they delivered it the next day. I guess they got a bit behind because of the holiday. Hoping you get your notification today! I got the notification late afternoon, around 4:30pm. Keeping my fingers crossed for you.
I sent it on 2 day delivery, so they got it until the 25th. I am also still waiting on them to cash the check. Thanks ge, I'll keep you guys posted.

I sent out form G-1145 E-Notification of Application/Petition Acceptance with my N-400 application letting them know that I wanted to be notified by text message and email about any updates.
We have very similar stats, but I sent my package on May 23 along with a G-1145, but haven't received any notifications yet. Good luck and let us know when you get NOA.

I see you already started NG, we are pretty close in our timelines
I will be sending in IRS transcripts, bank account statements (quarterly for 3 years), leases, mortgages, car loans and health/car/home insurance along with my packet, and take some extras with me for the interview (mostly bills and photos). Hopefully this won't grant me an RFE, so I guess just sending a little extra from the checklist sounds about right. Update with your actual checklist when you send your package!! Good luck

Hi all,
Using the case number on my 1-year g.c. document, I cannot find any case status updates on the "myUSCIS Case Status" program. The following message comes up:
"On June 3, 2016, we received your Form CRI-89, Petition to Remove Conditions of Permanent Resident Status Received, Receipt Number WAC1617650368, and sent you the receipt notice that describes how we will process your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your receipt notice by July 3, 2016, please call Customer Service at 1-800-375-5283. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address."
Has anyone else seen this message? And if so, does this message change to something else if the 10-year Green Card is being processed?

My case status says exactly the same. I believe this is the standard notice from receipt of the package, and will only change unless we get an RFE, Interview, or Approval. I don't think it changes when sending the Biometrics letter.
It should change to something like "Your case has been approved" and GC is being sent through the mail. Hopefully we will see that soon!

This happened exactly to my cousin in Dallas not so long ago, also came in with a work visa, and medical expired when she was interviewed. She got an RFE for a new medical, and was obviously upset that she had to pay for it yet again. She took about a month and a half to get it done, but as soon as she sent it in her status changed to card processing. It didn't take long to get her GC after that.
I agree with the Info Pass, if your AP is expired you will need something to be able to leave the country and return without problem. Good luck!

Hi alebrije ---- My experience traveling with my my expired GC, was good no problem, was giving in my way back, I give the immigration officer the GC with the NOA no were questions ask by the IO........

I would recommend opening a case smoddydana, they will give you a confirmation number for your inquiry.
