I'm waiting on our RFE letter so we can see what evidence we need to submit. Do you mind if I ask what evidence you were required to submit?
While we are waiting we have pulled together a file with pretty much everything we can think of so we have no delay in responding to the RFE.
They asked for the original copy of our marriage certificate. They claimed to have only received the translation which isn't true. I guess they lost it when my file moved to the CSC. They also asked for more evidence which I guess they lost as well since they claimed that I only submitted a copy of my marriage certificate (I'm guessing they meant the translation of the copy)...
I sent in another copy of the marriage certificate. I also sent in some wedding photos (again), my airline tickets used to visit Indonesia as well as the Visa receipts and also about 40 odd pages of chat records. (I took screen shots of my phone with the chat application open incase they claimed that the transcripts of the chat weren't proper proof).

I hope all remaining July filers get their approvals soon.
I hope so! CSC received my RFE on Feb. 14th. Hopefully they don't delay the decision for too long!
-
I personally wouldn't give them this many pages of chat logs or emails. Send a page or so from the beginning of the relationship, then some throughout the middle and a page or so that's more recent.
I ended up sending my boarding passes as well as the copy of the Visa Pages, Some photos and about 40 pages of chat logs. Hopefully they won't get overwhelmed
I heard about a case where they sent three RFEs to someone because she didn't send enough chat logs.
The RFE also asked me for a copy of the original marriage certificate because they claimed I had only sent in the translation which is not true. I guess they misplaced the coy of the Original when they transferred the case to the CSC office.
God willing they accept it! Fingers (and toes) crossed!

Oh lovely thanks a lot!. I've got plenty of emails and chat logs that I can print which span about two years.

I received an RFE that says I need to submit more evidence of a bona fide relationship. Problem is that we were only together for a week after we got married and we have absolutely nothing to provide them. I sent them photos and two affidavit letters from people who attended the wedding. I'm doing my taxes hopefully as married which includes my wife. I hope that will work as more evidence. Any other suggestions?
Thanks a lot!

Darn it I got an RFE. Hope it is an easy one!

I've set up a visit to Indonesia in April so I'm not too disappointed by the lack of activity. I haven't seen my wife in over 6 months!
-
Nothing here either.
-
I reported an address change for my wife as well in Indonesia on Nov. 4. Let's hope it doesn't affect anything.
-
I was just checking my NOA notice again and realized that my PD was July 30th instead of the 31st so we have 3 more pending transfers all on the 30th
-
Keep it coming yay anyone else pending ?
My PD is July 31st. Hopefully mine will be transferred in the next couple of days!

End of July peeps are getting transferred! Oooh lovely!

Nope not yet. Keeping my fingers crossed for this week!
-
Haven't been transferred yet. Can't be too long now, I hope.
Nothing here either. Maybe being at the bottom of the list has something to do with it
-
Since I'm the 31st I guess I'll pretty much be the last to get transferred amongst the July applications.
