My i130 was just approved yesterday April 30!!!!
How long will it take to receive my visa?

Just want to share, my case was approved and mailed to NVC on 4/29.
The PD is 11/21/2013.
We inquired the ombudsmans's office before (long time ago) about our case, and received an email on 4/24 says USCIS made a decision on our case. Checked case status on USCIS website and it shows our case is approved.
it was pretty much the 5 months waiting time.

Alhamdulila!! OMG!! Still in shock and need to hyperventilate! Just received an e-mail notice that we are APPROVED!!!

I wouldn't hold my breath, this year the Dems have mid-term elections to worry about. I expect to see major butt smooching and pandering from those that Obama and his infamous ObamaCare have left vunerable. I think that DACA renewals WILL get priority over people who started their applications legally and the Dems that are in tough re-election races will demand it from their leader since he screwed them with his agenda.

If your wife is not here USCIS does not expect you to show a co-mingling of assets ie. bank, insurance, etc. She does not have a SSN nor is she here how could you?

The lack of bank accounts is not the reason they don't believe the marriage is real.
There are probably other red flags.

We got married in one of those walk-in chapels and the only venue receipt we have says something like "$65 cash" with a scrawled signature underneath! Lots of people get married in unconventional places. Not a requirement to have a traditional wedding
